    I have been practicing it for a month offcourse not all days but manage to do sometimes. My BP is normal after walking and practicing this . The voice brings smile on my face throughout the day.
    I have lost my anger which I couldn't control all these 35 years of life.

    Excellent, just perform these simple breathing exercises and see the difference, ideal time to do it is in the morning 1 hour before breakfast or anytime when stomach is empty and 1 hour before having a meal, inner calmness guaranteed 😊😊

      Please eat salad and fruits a lot..it will regulate your bowel movements..cure.. indigestion etc...and that will help with the migraine

    Started this quarantine in March with severe anxiety and now I feel like yogi in November! Every day since my anxiety attacks I’ve been meditating and anxiety is no more. These meditations “bio hack” my chemistry for relaxation, calmness and for a deeper connection to the source of all that is ❤️🙏🏿

    Mind will be stay balanced it's better solution for who is suffering from hormonal imbalance like pannic attack anxiety disorder and it doesn't wrok with medicine the only way is panayam.....

    I was covid, my oxygen saturation was 72 so I was breathing with oxygen machine in hospital until i recovered and it increased to 92. I am checking my oxygen saturation with pulse oximeter daily. It between 92 and 97 Mostly 94. After i did exercise i checked again. It shows 99 which is the highest one. :)

    This is the best pranayama video, I practice it everyday, and it’s wonderful for relaxation and to help clear nasal allergies. I have also found benefits with this exercise for tinnitus and if done before bed, helps with sleep. Great video, thank you for sharing this.

    Amazing video, I am following this technique for over 2 months and saw significant improvement in my day. Massive energy boost for the entire day. Feel my lungs are getting needed exercise and most of all my BP drops by 18-20 points.. my medication cannot do that

      Heh I too suffered with anxiety. Yoga will surely helps you.do it for 40 days only in morning 6 am time of sun rise. Chant om with vocal as it creates vibrations thorought your body. A natural sound can reset it.

    The upanishads which are a part of Vedas declare that there is only One and to realize this Oneness of all life is the ultimate purpose of life.
    Every moment we breath, nature reminds us of this truth as each incoming breath resonates to So meaning He and outgoing breath to Ham meaning I (The Sanskrit words are split as Sah and Aham and its conjuction is Soham)
    Every time we breath , we can tune ourselves to this ultimate reality of Oneness by remembering Soham.

      Meditation will help the mind to be in silence.
      Sit comfortably on the ground, keep spine erect, chant A-U-M (in 1:1:2 ratio) with closed eyes look up and keep focusing (don't stress) in between the eyebrows.
      Practice daily for 10 to 20 mins initially, later increase time duration.

    Pranayam:- "prana" is not breath, but a lifeforce which gives life to our originalmind , original senses, and this physical body(brain, sensoryorgans) including breath. This lifeforce is beyond the comprehension of mind . It is this lifeforce when leaves the body after death and we say PRAAN NIKL GYE( prana has left the body) means our original self has departed from body along with mind and original senses. Thus on death, our realself(lifeforce or prana or soul) , original mind , original senses leaves this physical body.

      I have seen many videos on pramayama. But by far it is most soothing and best. Pl post some thing for meditation.

      Lifeforce IS Breath and BREATH is LIFEFORCE....it is entirely what keeps us in our senses ( breath). This is what "takes you there"

      Samantha, breath, breathing, inhaling and exhaling IS THE ONLY thing that keeps you ALIVE.
      The process is supplying O2 to the body and extracting Co2 from the body. You should have known this, a long time ago.

    After just two times of doing breathing my nose breathing has become better! My nose was so swollen and has trouble taking deep breath with my nose and my stomach. But already it’s a bit better, will continue with this and really pray for it makes me look healthier and younger again 😁❤️
