@@MickiMinach i tried to everyday but of course there were days when i was too busy so lets say like 5 to 6 times a week :) results come at a different time for everyone depends on your body so i suggest to see how it works for you and try to stay consistent im sure you'll see results :)
Mate, will this help me remove butt fat too? I know people like bigger peach but I kinda feel insecure with it. And I can't find exercises for small peach as bigger peach is the standard

Results: I've noticed that there isn't much of a change but I do notice some ab lines,though I think that's because I haven't been eating healthy even though I'm on a calorie deficit,to truly lose some weight and fat it is 30% exercise and 70% diet,

@@izzhrsly644 oh, and i may have mentioned about brunch. Sometimes, we're of course have other things to work on. We might miss breakfast and it's almost lunch when we're able to eat. If ever you're very busy, don't hesitate to just eat first and workout later. Just make sure to have even the quickest exercise for the day. I mean cut your whole session to half then just payback for those missed out sets the next day. It's not considered cheating, don't worry hahaha!
I'll be honest too on one more thing. If my body can handle it, i do two sessions of exercise a day. One after breakfast, and one after lunch. Both to burn all those carbs i gained on both meals. Don't completely recommend it if you're a busy person and/or aware that your body might collapse from fatigue and tiredness coz it WILL take more time of your day and more energy from you. It's most likely just on my own kind of every day workout (and just does this kind of extensions to my session 3 times a week).
You can always TRY to push yourself to the limit, but please not to the point your body can't take anymore. Love our body, give it care and respect. Rest if needed. Eat if needed. We can do it with patience! Leggo!!

I've wanted to reduce my belly fat for a long time. I've tried and followed many workouts but didn't stick with it (due to my laziness nothing else) but I'm documenting my progress here. Let's see!!
Day 1: I couldn't do it for the whole 60s but i can feel the pain and stretch very well.
Day 2:I wanted to skip! But i need to stay committed agh. This was a good session; I am very tired.
Day 3: didn't do it because of pain
Day 4: It felt good to do this again but still I was struggling!! Im sweating a lot hehe.

Day 6: I think im actually seeing changes not like ab lines or anything but i can see my tummy fat has reduced.

When I start a new routine I do it every other day. You don't want to get so sore that you hurt, not woth it. Eventually it will be easy and you'll find yourself wanting to add other things. Don't give up, your doing great!

Started doing this in March, wasn’t very consistent but then I started to take it serious & would do it every day, back before I started, I measured my waist & it was 39 inches, measured myself a few days ago & im now 33 inches. Thank you Emi!!!

I've been doing this exercise for 6 months and i still haven't gotten full results but so far i lost 8cm of waist fat and more clothes fit me now im so happy because since im only 12 years old i can already keep up with adult exercises and my tip is never give up even if u dont see immediate results remember ur body wont stay the way it is now but its up to u it's ur choice if u want to keep it or put it in the past :)) goodluck y'all

How many times a day do you do it ? One time is enough right 😐?
@@sacha_nk 1 time is enough. Try to get some diet too like eat more salad, no sugar drinks ( less ), and drink more plain water. Don't eat snacks often, especially at night. After you do this exercise, do others as well, like 30 min jogging or walking. It helps you. Just need to have discipline to do all of this. You also need to take a break. Don't overdo it. I guess this is enough for getting normal weight. Just exercise and maintain your weigh. That's it! 😊

if you ever losing motivation remember that you'll just keep comparing yourself to others and will keep feeling insecure. When you're exercising/working out think and imagine your body goals, this is not for others's health and growth, this is for you and one more thing that working out or exercising can reduce stress or mental health if you ever have:). Stay safe everyone and be happy!
You’re right. Something that I have stopped doing is set big, unrealistic goals, like I normally would in the past. What I’ve started doing now is - I believe that I am already fit and healthy and that I’m in the best shape that I can be and then I workout from this mindset. I tell myself “I’m working out because I am already fit”. Changing your perspective from “fat to fit” to “fit to fitter” really does wonders, not just for your self esteem but it starts to show and reflect in your body too!

day 1: no changes, my stomach aches a lil, im sweating like crazy
Day 2: Its a bit easier to do, still sweating
Day 3: A little easier than yesterday to do. Not sweating as much
Day 4: I almost forgot to do it. It feels easier to do than yesterday and yes, still sweating. I can see a Light difference
Day 5: I don't sweat that much anymore, it is A LOT easier to do than the first day.

I was looking for a workout so I decided to watch it first and see if it’s even possible for me to do it, I’ve never tried standing ab workouts, but there is a first time for everything

Way back in 2020 I do this workout and feeling the pain in my legs due to the squat side crunch. But now I understood the power of warm up, before doing this workout I do an 8 minute warm up that involves exercise in legs such as jumping jacks and it is a great help because I can now endure and no longer feeling so much pain in my legs.

@@simaytugceasko2763 It's really good, I feel nice and I even think I have better balance thanks to exercise 9 lmao. I don't struggle a lot with kicks and leg strength. My belly looks kinda smaller and the excess fat around abs is minor. Now I haven't change my meals, excepting for my eating habits like drink more water, focus more in my food while eating (no phone, not big distractions.. I get distracted so easy) and the best thing is that the routine is not boring.

been doing this workout for 2 weeks now and it really works wonders, thanks Emi! 🥰 take note that i don't only do this workout but i combine it with her other vids as well, targeting other body parts. i usually start with the usual abs workout then back workout then arms then legs then i usually do this last for more abs burn 😂

Day 1: My lower belly is swelling, knees hurt, but I wont give up! Theyre hurting due to the lack of exercise, so Ill push through to make myself comfortable with me again!

For all of those scrolling through the comments, doing this every day has helped improve my mood so much, and the hardest part is starting. Even if you can't get through it the first day, keep going! That's because they have nothing to Update, *_they could not commit to actually doing the work_* and followed by Eating an unhealthy Fattening Diet. *Nutrition is key, if you add all the Calories & Fat you just burned right back by consuming an unhealthy Diet then you will NEVER get any Results.* All it takes is 1 Fattening Burger, Couple Slices of Pizza, Fast-Food, Candy Bars or drinking Soda then it was all for Nothing.
So, I am going to try this workout! I will update it everday.😊
1st day - It was hard, I was sweating. I couldn't do bonus.
2nd day- It was easier, but I was still sweating. I did the bonus workout too.
(Nothing changed in 2 days but I really feel better, it is so good, I love it. Also I am drinking lemon water every morning, and I think it will help me)

@@nimrabaloch12 i started by doing emi's 10 min inner thigh workout + 8 min lily sabir thigh workout + another 10 min thigh workout from lily sabir + 10 min ab workout from chloe ting + 5 min arm workout( i rarley did the arm workout: maybe once a week ). when i started exercising, i used to do a 20 min beginner full body workout which really helped me doing other workouts. if i hadent satr with the beginner full body workout i would have never been able to do the thigh and ab workouts. hope this helps. efficiency is the key. try doing everday

if u didnt gain the weight overnight u wont lose it overnight. if it was so easy to have abs, almost everyone would have them. not everyone wants to work so hard, so, try ur hardest, and show others how strong u are, love u.

Update: I had a change of plans
Turns out, my waist line is actually 29 and what I've measured was my hip, but my thighs are still around 17 inches. Anw, I decided to do standing abs and leg excercises only and not really full cardio, my upper arms are thin actually and I'm afraid that if I lose more weight, my face would sunk :((

Day 1 ✅- so much pain still pushing !
Day 2✅- hurt so much but feel great !
Day 3✅- starting to see a difference and slighting lining
Day 4:✅- still hurts but same as yesterday but my core did get harder ( eat healthy)!
