    Not sure if everyone here still needs convincing about weight resistance training, but for the record, a half hour of weights like this very workout here always burns about 100-150 calories MORE than a cardio workout of the same time length for me. Most especially when it involves lower body. Compound moves ftw!! Thanks for a great workout, Christina!

    these 30 minute compound workouts kick my tush in a good way! I was even at 8lbs, which is the heaviest weight I have for some of the moves and that amazed me. Thanks so much Chris!

    Great workout! Thanks for offering alternatives for making the core exercises achievable: anyone with hip or lower back issues truly appreciates your modifications (getting stronger, but don't want to aggravate any problems bubbling below the surface).

    So true story, I used to be a cardio queen. I love step but I'm now combining with strength and mobility to give my body everything it needs. I'm 50 and have always been skinny but now I have a bit more shape and my booty is looking better than ever. Plus I just burned 200 calories which is more than step for 30 mins! Thanks for educating us Chris 🎉❤😂

    This may be only 30 mins , but you'll definitely get a great workout in. You'll get the heart ❤rate up and sweat. My legs n glutes also felt a lil sore after this one. Great workout don't skip it

    This was an intense 30 minute full body strength workout. We just kept moving from one move to the next and I was thankful there was not a 4th segment. The lunge to curtsy always gets me and boy was I sweating. So glad you are taking a break and taking care of you as you are always taking care of all of us and keeping us motivated. I'm even going to try to go live for the Super Bowl Extravaganza!

    Wanted to let you know I am a silent after party participant but I love your teaching style and always thumbs up your videos! Also, I am a previous instructor and had a little pink bag that clients put their favorite moves into on little pieces of paper. Once a month we’d do the “lil pink bag workout”! So fun! I’d have one person pull out two pieces of paper and we’d do Tabatas style with them. They loved and hated that workout!🤣🥰

    Loved this. I got to participate live this morning. My 4 year old daughter was throwing my balance ball at me while we were in bear AND plank position. Definitely helped focus on that core work! 😂
