I have tried so many different TH-cam work outs but yours is by far the best. I found you last year. Your strength routines have helped me get my life back on track. I can now cope with lifting the shopping bags, and even hold my 16 month old granddaughter for longer periods thanks to your motivating work outs. This was a challenging workout to follow, but it was fun and definitely a fat burner. I’ve lost just four pounds in about three weeks, but I didn’t think I could lose any, since I’m 58. I did not want to work out today. I had a major headache (thanks woman power 😒) and no energy. But I saw this workout posted and I was thought "ok. It's only 30 min and I can keep it low impact." And I got ready and started. Then I got so into the fun music and not crazy hard moves and I finished the workout. My headache is, well not gone, but considerably better than when I started, and I am sweaty and feel much better having moved than just having stayed in bed and done nothing. Thank you for being there for me every day - the days I am feeling it and even the days I am not. I appreciate you!
That was a lot of fun. Love cardio. I do keep it low but do a few little jumps. I can do ponys and mambos - love them. I have done running man for a couple of steps but I couldn't get my feet right today! Not to worry. Totally loved the music. Also did a neck and shoulder stretch today! Thank you so much. xo
