I loved the comments about the DJ's corn rows. 😁 Couldn't go as heavy as I wanted due to physical therapist and a heavy weekend in the yard and yard debris runs. Slow and steady was still good versus heavy and not balanced. Love how you talk through the classes. Great fun.
This was challenging, but it went by quickly. Thanks for the splitting arms and legs. Even though it's the same length as the 50-minute Full Body workouts, my brain doesn't think it is! Whatever works!

I’m glad I found you!! You mix things up and are so good at what you do and you have a great personality - so that’s another plus!! ❤😊
