So I get up at 5am Monday thru Friday and workout at 6am. I always do the week before for my workout but watch the current week during my lunch break. The girls in my office laugh 😂 but it makes me aware of my food lol don't know why lol but I love listening to all the talking. Like watching a TV series lol so funny and informative

I‘ve got to add something….I did this one today again and I had to use heavier weights, to be exact, I‘d to double them 💪 Can‘t believe it, just following your strength classes about two months and I had to buy new dumbbells , havier ones. Take that as a huge compliment. Thank you Chris! And i love doing the older workouts before i found your channel and hearing the names of people who still continue today. That’s awesome!!❤

Enjoy your well deserved break and thank you for still providing a schedule for us. Even though you have tons of workouts to choose from it helps me to have a routine to follow.

I kept thinking about all that has happened in nearly three years since this one premiered -so much, yet doesn’t seem long ago. I’ve definitely added to my at-home fitness gear/equipment, especially heavier weights. Yay me! 😊

This was a great full body workout! I decided to try a higher-level Regina band (from Medium to Strong) just to see if I could use it while maintaining form. Success! Of course, that means that I need to continue using the tougher band to challenge myself that much more. Uh oh! 🤣 Kevin did a great job on the timer...little did he know what the future held for him. Ha! Thank you for these wonderful workouts, Christina! 😃
I love no repeats! Great workout today. Went by really fast. Inner thigh moves are always a killer for me but I'm getting stronger and can almost go the full minute...almost 😅
