"Oo this is really good for your digestive system" translates in my head to someone passed gas or needs to! Michelle's little side comments always have me cracking up in their earnesty. Anyone here see the "cannoli" song video? I LOVE it when Michelle gets on Carol. Seriously need a secondary tagline or tshirt that says "come on, carol!" or "I'm a Carol" or "I'm here for Carol." I hope it can be read with teasing affection that everytime I hear Carol in one of the workouts I'm going to comment it :)

*i love how effective this was for just 25 minutes! all the movements were perfectly placed together! didn’t feel like doing a super long workout but this really did the trick and i feel great! 351 active calories and 425 total calories burned and counting!*
My seoond time on this one did it 3 days ago and I am stills ore a little bit! I love workouts that I feel the next day! This is a keeper for sure went up to my 15''''''s! Thank you ladies!

This was a great quick work out! I wasn't in the mood to do something long but wanted to get something in, and this did the job! I'd love to see more of these length workouts.
Loved this workout! U and your team have encouraged me to increase the weight I use.... and I was totally surprised that I could still do the exercises with minimal trouble so I up'd my weight again!!! Thank u!
