- Join me for a 30-minute fun cardio workout set to great music, featuring all standing and low-impact exercises! This workout is perfect for those who want to get their heart rate up and have a great time doing it. We will be using light dumbbells for a short segment of this routine. (I will be using 2 lbs)

I woke up late this morning and didn't have time to do your 45 minute cardio workout from yesterday. Then I remembered you had posted this 30 minute routine for a Sunday bonus. So I jumped out of bed and got this workout in before work. It was perfect for a quick sweat and so much fun. Loved all the different combos of moves and the light dumbbells. This is totally fun! I did the 45 minute arm focused workout from yesterday this morning and then picked this for cardio. I was tired and not that motivated after the arm workout (that was hard) but I will say your enthusiasm and the music was just what I needed to get back that energy. By the end, I was singing and dancing and feeling good. Thanks for another great workout!

Fab WO today, just what I needed after yesterday compound WO. I will admit I was buggered after the knee lifts then got my grove back again with the boxing moves - great combo. I had to go lower impact from knee pain on stepper and this was one of those workouts I could've never done months ago. I was able to follow it and break a sweat just the same or more without a stepper. You are amazing!
