Spiders are pretty cool and usually don’t want to hurt you, they think of you more as an object than something they want to eat
@@threecheersforsweetcheesew3231 That sadly does not change anyones phobia. as a small kid i always catched insects and spiders and put them into enclosures for a small amount of time to study them but at some point in my childhood i developed an irrational fear for insects and spiders, yet they are still fascinating to me, i wish it wasnt like this but im struggling with all kinds of anxiety and panic attacks, medication made it worse over time. It really pisses me off, because as you said i know they are fearing us giant humans way more than we should fear most of the crawlers, thats why its so irrational to freeze in fear in front of a small spider that just wants to run away from me. i never had the feeling a spider could hurt me but still im more afraid of a tiny spider than a hornet which is the most "dangerous" insect in my region.

Fear of something potentially dangerous to you is normal and healthy. It also helps the spider......you steer clear of it
I fear spiders, but will happily admire them from a distance.
@@mohnmann bro the same happened to me, when i was a kid i didnt care about that, i would catch spiders, and other insects, but then, at some point of my life, i cant even be in the same room as a cockroach i instantly bolt away XD
@@mohnmann In just a few months I've gone from having extreme arachnophobia, to a point were I would sleep on the sofa if I failed to catch a spider and lost it in my room. and other ridiculous things. I now own two Tarantulas of my own ( C.cyaneopubescens & B.hamorii ) and most recently removed a pretty large house spider from my house with my bare hands! very proud moment lol. hope you overcome this stupid fear in the future.
The Dark Den is my favorite spider channel by far, thanks for the great content 👍🏼🤘🏼

Hey this was a fun video anyway :) just a thought, what if you place the enclosures on the table on some cloth (so you can rotate them more silently, so you dont spook the spiders :) and leave the enclosures for a bit before filming so they can calm down a bit before feeding. Maybe at least with the more easily spooked ones :) thanks as always for a nice video!

You are the whole reason I got into the hobby. Seeing how comfortable you are around the spiders and how excited you are about them, really took the fear away from them. I appreciate you putting this whole world out there for us. I now look at tarantulas as tiny, eight legged puppies with fangs 😂, adorable little guys. I have my very first pink toe, and today I picked up my first zebra knee. Absolutely adore them and cannot wait to create a den of my own. Much love from the U.S.

I absolutely love watching your videos. It's funny that as I was watching your video, a medium sized house centipede was dashing all over the hardwood floor of my living room. I've always loved tarantulas and other spiders. At my parents' house there are a lot of Yellow Garden Spiders (Argiope aurantia). During the summer, my dad and I would grab smaller grasshoppers and crickets and feed them to the spiders to entertain ourselves. It was pretty cool to watch.
Starting off I’m deadly afraid of spiders but watching your videos has sparked an interest for this beautiful creatures I’m I. The process of a lot of research on them and desire to keep them is growing with each video I watch

Thanks for sharing your beautiful creatures with us. I actually have a pinked toed tarantula and shes so mellow and made it easy to get into. I definitely want to get more tarantulas.
Awesome feeding clips Petco!!! They've changed the way to click on the bell a few weeks ago. You have to click on it and select how you want to receive the videos. I guess they did it that way so there would be no confusion on how to get notifications every time. Tyfs God bless you
I'm a fairly new subscriber, I actually found you because of exotics lair and I'm glad I did. I don't own any tarantulas yet but because of you I have seriously been considering purchasing one. I have been looking for good breeders here in the US and looking at what a good beginner species is. Marco I really enjoy your videos even when things don't go as planned. Yo I’ll be honest, I already love your content, even though I am new here. I just found this about 3 days ago as I’m actually really interested in getting a tarantula maybe sometime soon. No clue what it’ll be yet xD but taking the time to explain the bell icon situation in case people didn’t know is super nice. Most people just ask for it and move on but you explained really well that it’s because TH-cam doesn’t automatically do it when you subscribe and I had no idea xD you saved my life, thank you.
