Do you suggest doing 2-3 sets of this routine per day or is one set usually sufficient?
Very late reply. Considering recovery, I personally recommend doing 2-3 rounds every 3 days.

Thank you for visiting the lacking channel. ^ ^ I also suffered from severe back pain repeatedly. Currently, all exercises that have experienced back pain are excluded or exercised under control. I thought that the back pain would get worse due to the abdominal exercises, but I experienced exacerbation of back pain when performing excessive squats or deadlifts. Currently, I don't feel much discomfort in my back even when I do hanging leg raises, l sit ups, and abdominal muscle videos.

Full core . Transverse and recti abdominal or whatevs. But planks work full abs. Focus pushing your tailbone to the ceiling

Assuming that you maintain your body fat percentage at around 12-15%, you will be able to observe that the condition of your abdominal muscles improves enough with about 3 weeks of training. After that, you may need to increase the size by increasing the load or increasing the intensity.

how we can get the result? i mean, from all of your videos should we combine those all or just one video and do it all day to get the result?
It may be different depending on the purpose. If you simply want to improve the clarity of your six pack, you can do 3 sets of full-body workouts on one day, 3 sets of abs workouts on the next day, and simple aerobic exercises on other days. It would also be good to have a diet to control the body fat rate to the target value.
