    I have tried so many times to complete the series by simply diving right in. And of course, frustration meant that I would give up after an attempt and go back to my regular practice. This has made me so happy!!! Can't wait to complete this!

    There is no ashtanga yoga class in my city. and there is no YT channel for beginners who wants to learn ashtanga yoga from scratch. Thank you so much, you have no idea how much I needed this series in my life. Thank you...

    I started this course couple of years ago and somehow got lost along the way. Last night I was sitting at my alter with the divine mother and all the gurus and had prayed for guidance on the practice I should start… and my awareness and memory went back to your course. I hadn’t thought about your course in the last 2years and the divine mother again brought me to it. I just finished the first class today. Thank you again for this wonderful gift. And for the website information where I can offer a small contribution towards this priceless effort from you! This time, guided by the divine, my next comment will be sharing my completion journey of the entire ashtanga practice with you! Love and hugs

    Amazing idea to create these videos as there are so many people who need to learn the basics. I love your channel because you are always on point, always useful and inspiring.       Hi, just seen this sorry!- it doesn’t have to be perfect before you move on, so long as you feel comfortable and some sense of stability moving through a lesson 🙏

    Will I get strength,stamina and achieve fat loss with this yoga? Does it help in getting fit like a full body workout? Please answer and guide me

      Yes I’m sure you will, especially with this Ashtanga Yoga system, though this is just the physical benefits of a yoga practice. Ultimately yoga is about calming the mind and simply breathing with awareness. I hope you enjoy this yoga course 🙏
