    my overall health has skyrocketed since I began your lessons. I'm taking it slow, although I had some experience before, and practicing almost every morning. I'm very thankful for your lessons, which I enjoy tremendously.

    Started my lesson 4 today. Feeling stronger and more confident that I can complete the primary series at some point. Thank you for not being heavy on the chaturangas yet! My shoulders do not like them!!

      That’s great to hear. And even in the full primary series don’t overdo the chaturangas and stress your shoulders; miss as many vinyasas out as you need to/come down onto your knees as you lower down 🙏🙏

    My first day of completing this class and the difference between how I felt during the lesson number 3 and the lesson number 4 is huge. Not in the way I performed postures, but from a breathing point of view. I lost it today. Didn't feel like moving mediation at all so I think I'll have to stick to this one for a little bit longer than to a n.3 class. But I don't mind! As always, thank you for your effort and for making these lessons available.

      Just take it steady and don’t feel any pressure to move on to the next lesson. And it’s fine to go back a lesson too- just listen to your body and keep the breath as the main focus 🙏
