    "Compassion and kindness are as natural to all of us as the breath is to life". Wow! That is the CORNESTORE of this talk. Problem is that for most of us humans, breathing is rather irrelevant instead of being the most important process by which we literally take inside of our body the World around us.

Learning how to deal with and understand our own emotional responses, and the importance of how they play out in our World, our interactions with each other ---- Crucial in making a better, kinder, friendlier, and more sustainable World. Good talk, Dan, and good explorative work.

    Therapy is usually directed at insight into one's personality.
    What is need in therapy is training into the way you react.
