Not sure if it'll help anyone, but hopefully it does! I find them to be way more affordable compared to a Ergotron, hopefully they last as long.

I think the bottom part is removable in the smaller ones too. Thanks for the video. I will probably go with the larger arm to clear my speakers.

The smaller arm looks an awful lot like my VIVO-branded arm, even down to the plastic coverings. Mine's likely just a re-badge then, and if so I can recommend it as well. My monitor's about 28" but it's certainly lighter than 14 pounds. The cutouts in the base are a neat feature of the more expensive models, just a USB extension and audio jack. Mine's got the same plastic plug too.

Yeah I wouldn't be surprised, I think I saw ones on Amazon (and even Goodwill today lol) of NB, and they seem pretty similar too. Likely just is an OEM design that gets rebadged depending on the buyer.
An Audio jack would be convenient, these don't have that. Odd that they include the plastic plugs though, I haven't seen a brand that uses them...

can you rotate your ultra wide 90 degrees with the mount ?

Yup it's totally possible to do with both mounts! I just personally don't use monitors in vertical positions
