Would be great to get a similar video for dual monitor arms, especially those that allow for monitors to be mounted at different heights.
This is exactly what I'm looking for also
just buy 2
As a person who uses humanscale monitor arms at home for work and in the office the cable management is probably the best IV seen, all their monitor arms really hide the cables out of the way, IV set up other monitors arms for friends and family and I'm always amazed at how some companies have cable management as a mere afterthought and it can really ruin the look of your set up
Would like your thoughts on Fully and Monopriced arms
Check out the Dell MSA-20. Very solid Monitor Arm.
Great Information, have you guys ever tried the Ergotron MVX?,I've been considering it since it seems like the LX in a more sleek form factor, but i haven't come across much info on it.
An interesting test would be to see how much (and for how long) the arm shakes when you bump the table.
Please please look at the Dell MSA20 monitor arms 😊
My university once had an office supply sell to get rid of old equipment (kind of like a office liquidation) and that's how I snagged my Ergotron HX for about $30.
Wow, that's 11x less than what it actually sells for!
Any wall mounted solutions?
Can y’all review the Ergotron NX?
Will the LG C2 42inches be okay with Human Scale M10 unlike the Ergotron HX? I think you forgot to compare it.
Do these work with glass desks?
please can you do a video for dual 32-inch monitors arms? or just dual monitor arms in general?
That would be awesome because I am looking for a good one as well
Can you try the FlexiSpot BS3? It‘s a budget chair for only 99USD
Everything is so perfectly aligned. How do you do this? Whenever I use a level it's 0.2 or 0.3 degrees off somewhere. Either my table, my monitor.
A spirit level?
Max heights off desk? I want to go from sitting to standing on a non-standing desk (would prop up my keyboard/notebook)
are there any good arms for 34 inches and around 50 bucks?
I recently bought the Ergotron HX for my Dell S3220DGF monitor (which only weighs around 7.5kg), and I have had no issues with positioning it exactly where I want it.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but the monitor you mentioned being too light was the LG G2 OLED?
According to LG's main product page, it has a weight of 9.8kg (without the stand), so it's technically within the recommended weight range of 9.0-19.1kg.
Maybe that monitor arm is faulty, and not allowing you to adjust the tension correctly?
Yea, it can definitely hold the LG G2. I have it holding my 6.27kg Alienware AW2725DWF without problem. I also have another HX holding an even lighter Dell s2721dgf 4.5kg but requires some adjustments to make it work.
What do you recommend for the c3 42 inch oled since the HX is too hefty? Is the LX strong enough?
LX supports up to 11kg, and the HX can support up from 9kg.
It entirely depends on your budget, and whether you'd ever buy a bigger or heavier monitor in the future.
What about Mount IT! SKU: MI-4881?
So, for new Samsung G9 OLED 49" this VIVO Heavy Duty should be enough ?
It should be enough, as your monitor weighs 9.2kg (without the stand) according to Samsung's website, and the VIVO monitor arm can support up to 15kg.
can you remove the branding off the north bayou arm on the base and the arm
yes, its just a sticker
hey yo q question to you: did u ever test or could you test the monitor arms from the german company leetdesk ? its a german company that sellsheight adjustable gaming desks, but sells as a accesory, monitor arms too, tought about buying a desk with monitor arms but not sure if the triple monitor arm is worth the money or not :D
LX is $157.35 USD as of 17 february, 2024
No it's still over 200
didn't get difference between 50$ and 400$ arms except "more premium feel".. I am not gonna touch them too often
Where’s the Amazon basics arm
It’s not sold anymore
I'm pretty syre VIVO is Chinese, unless this one is different from the phone company.
It is -Greg
It doesn't really matter when almost all of these monitor arms are manufactured in China.
The Humanscale one says its country of origin is Ireland, but I'm not sure if that's just their Europe HQ or where the products are actually manufactured.
Manufacturing is done in China, Vietnam and Malaysia depending on the product, but we are an American company! The Vivo phone company in China is different, although our customer support team can probably almost give tech support on those phones with how many wrong number calls we get.
Never buy a gas spring arm they don't last long. Go for those with just hinge joints, especially if you don't need to consistently keep adjusting the monitor position.
Not true - you just need a gas spring arm from a quality manufacturer. I've had the Putorsen heavy duty dual arm supporting 2 x 49" monitors (and then a 49" + 38") for over 2 years and its been superb.
@@bojack3827 $140 😂
The Dell MSA20 are really high quality spring arms
I have a 8yr old one it’s from Amazon and cheaper never a problem
I had the Huanuo triple monitor arm, one if the gas spring arms failed and I wasn't able to get it to last for more then 4 months. It was also well within the weight limit, the monitor was only around 6 pounds. They were also just very cheap quality and would creak every now and then.
