My issue is the part that you can’t tighten at the part that you can tilt your screen as mine is on an angled wall
Hey there i love the mount so far but my monitor is 15.5 pounds and ive tightened the screw extremly tight but it still leans forward a bit so do you have any solution
Hi, thank you for enjoying the product! Could you please send pictures or a video of how you adjusted the tilting, and the model of your monitor to cs@mountup.com? We'd love to help you out!
Does the arm hide the cables through it and will this work with a tv instead of a monitor
Yes, this model offers cable management functionality, allowing you to neatly conceal the cables.
It's important to consider the VESA hole pattern and weight of your TV. This mount is compatible with VESA hole patterns of 75x75mm and 100x100mm, with a weight capacity of up to 17.6 lbs. Please note that many TVs exceed this weight limit.
My arm it’s locked in the high position and it’s don’t move up and down how can I fix this ?
U did?
the tightening bolt only rotates depending on the position of the monitor.. tightening it just makes my monitor lie on it back, as soon as i get it to the position i want it, it falls down
Hi there, we are sorry to hear that you have problems using the product. Please feel free to send your order number, and a video clip of showing how you adjust the monitor arm to cs@mountup.com. Our customer service team will be happy to help you out😊

I was just overthinking it
Monitor on then just tighten it loosen it a couple times, enjoy!
my arm does not move up or down automatically and i don't know how to fix it, i have gone both ways with the tension, i have tried with the monitor on and off and i cant figure out how to do it.
Hi there, it's good when your arm does not move up or down automatically. When the tension is appropriate, the gas spring arm should stay still at whatever height you set the monitor. Hope my answer helps. Or if you have any other questions, please feel free to send your order number, and a video clip showing the status of the monitor arm to cs@mountup.com. Our customer service team will be happy to help you out😊
