I had no idea all the extra sensors and wires you have to buy in order to keep your AC along with switching your IAC to a more Holley friendly unit.

Thanks! I knew the 4 wires in that gray connector went to the crash sensors but I couldn’t figure out what the red one and the blue one went to. Mine were cut off in the harness I got. So I can ground the blue one….

Clearest most comprehensive video about this install hands down. I applaud your attention to detail not just hacking wires everywhere. Question: Did you keep the Thermactor Air Diverter Vacuum Control Solenoid? I’m going to keep my factory A/C and this shares the relay with it. Still intimidating, but I’m slowly getting it.

      No, i removed those solenoids.

Thanks! I’m also trying to figure out which wires to keep in the green plug inside kick panel? It looks like you had two remaining?

@@ptzimm1 If I remember correctly, those two remaining wires were either 12V or 12V ignition power. I just kept them there in case i needed a power source for something.

Wow good video. I have pretty much the same setup. I'm honestly still feel kinda scared to remove the Anderson and go to the holley but at some point I'll dive in!!

Thanks! I think you'll really like the Holley. The Data Log feature is a great tool on the Holley. Good Luck.

You won’t regret it.. that pms is trash from what the Holley can do.. you can take the whole computer, ECU and all that wiring out you’ll need to cut a couple things off the OEM harness. If you wanna keep your factory Gauges it’s super simple the directions tell you everything. This guy is really good and detail but he’s going a little too far with trying to keep certain things. The Holley does it all in more a couple Key on powers and your good to go.

@@649childers is right, I didn't need to get so picky with the wiring. Holley makes a pretty straight forward and easy setup. Don't let it scare you.
