- LCD screen on a fan, because apparently RGB is not enough anymore! But guys, these fans are nuts, you can pick between TL fans which are focused on performance while keeping the RGB thing or TL LCD which focuses more on the aesthetic aspect of your PC. Either way, they are amazing!

Quite affordable price for this. Love those stats on them, would be nice if it could show maybe fps or something like this. I would consider them as nice side fans for my upcoming build. Great review man, keep up amazing work.

Lian Li has to work on a solution allowing us to mix fans from different series on a single controller, this is clearly a no go for me.

Your building a computer that costs $$, a new controller doesn't cost much. Or just splurge on a matching set. If the fans are too expensive, buy something else. It's your choice.

That's odd, I bought a three pack of reverse flow 120's, but, I never received any "end locking caps". But I did get the tiniest little bag of Haribo sweets in the delivery box so it's not all bad.
I dont like how on the non lcd screen fan it isnt like the sl infinity. I wish they had the design for the inner fan to have the rgb of sl infinity and the outer cage of the fan to have the lina li tl.
i have 10 infinity fans i just want 1 of these to put in my case

seriously the TL fans without the screens are what i am getting they are noticeable better the the SL INF fans but def not worth it to take the hit on perf for lcd's
How much cpu/gpu performance exactly you loose? Or how much fps you loose? Kinda interesting.

Nice looking, unfortunately I'm not a huge fan of the L-connect software, is the latest version any good? Side note, I think i will go with the value king " Montech king 95" a good looking case, and veil it will have more fan cable clutter, it comes with 6 pre installed decent argb fans(even reversed) connected to a pre installed fan hub controller, and much more for a very competitive price tag!

Lian Li points out that per port a maximum of 3 fans are possible. Means 9 LCD-Fans in total Except port 1. This supports non-LCD-fans only.
Well...I have to admit im sure I will get this innecesary and expensive fans. Ok lian-li take my money.
Now, just wait until the other brands copy/pasty idea/desing lian li product, as ever 🤣🤣. I think they should keep mid rotate, but to create a modular blade where you just plug, unplug the prefered side.

They look the same as regular fans but have reverse air flow, as if you turn around regular fan, but look nicer because there is no ugly back side of the fan 😀

The performance hit on the LCD fans isn't worth it to me. Just grabbing 10 of the TL regular fans as to the specs are noticeable better the SL INF fans i have.
They are pretty much OK, but regular TL fans are the real deal here 😁
Is there a way at that I can utilize my SL infinity fans with TL lcd fans? On separate hubs of course in my pc.
No clue if this will be relevant but I just built a pc with both of these. It was 3 lcd fans and 7 sl inf fans and it works just fine. As long as you wire everything up properly they’ll all get recognized by L-connect. Of course you cant daisy chain lcd and inf fans due to the differing connections but you can use them both in the same build
these look sick but why didnt the make the fan have rgb??? makes no sense to not go all out, ill probably buy these if they make a model like that

TL LCD cannot be bridged like TL 120, right? For example, 2 fans on the top and 1 fan on the rear ,right ?
Yes they can.
Or just connect to the same controller.
Dont forget to mention about high cpu usage when utilizing lcd fans ...

Yup, you just need to use their own controller btw, since you can't mix controllers now, you can for TL and TL LCD fans but not from SL series at all
these are sick.. Lian Li is killing it with all these innovations. Love it! I love these reverse fans.. .finally they are all here!
Yup reverse fans are a thing now and actually mandatory and available on release as well 😀

Nope not possible
@@LevelUPGamingTech I think this will probably be their downfall. Because I think many people would see the appeal of having one or two of these in their build, but being unable to pair them inbetween the fans in a tripple-fan rad will lower their appeal greatly.

No. You have to use the controller that is designed for the model of fan used.

This is perfect for people who already own the Infinity fans. You can just replace that single rear fan on a case, and it will blend in. Putting ALL lcd fans on a case will look silly and way too expensive.

Because you are trading rgb in the middle for performance for the standard TL and trading RGB for the lcd on the TL LCD fans
Would be too much honestly, LCD screen would not be visible as much, would be lost in all the "RGBness" 😁 idk I kinda like the subtle look, much like the SL series of the fans, they have RGB only on the side
I got 10 of these LCD fans in my Lian Li Evo XL case. Looks so good.
do you prefer regular rgb fans or these?
@slisyd you can always turn off the RGB, so better to have RGB and turn off if needed 👍
@@slisyd These for sure. However recently i had an issue. All my lcd screens when changing to RPM view they are all set to 0RPM, fans are still moving but the sensor doesn’t seem to be working anymore. This happened after going from Win10 to 11 but still finding a fix for this.

More rpm more airflow and more static pressure. And wider by 4mm from the mirror sides only
