    I just want to thank you for what you do! I am 60 years old and have several chronic illnesses. Today I COMPLETED your 30 minute gospel workout. I am sitting here in 😢 because it has been at least 3 years since I have been able to workout. THANK YOU FOR WHAT YOU DO! May God continue to bless you and your family immensely.

      🙌🙌🙌💜 living with a chronic illness isn't easy. I applaud and celebrate with you for accomplishing what seemed almost impossible. Jo's workouts are great and I share her videos with my friends who live with fibromyalgia. It has been a blessing to us as well 😊🙌💜

    For those who have never done a workout listening to black eyed peas, you are missing out on tapping into some extra energy. Every workout I do has atleast 5 of their songs. They make me move and not wanna stop. Timeless vibe for dancing and exercising. Love this video. 🥰

    Ive lost 4 lbs in 2 weeks 😱 Combined with my diet, water intake and your 45-60 minute exercise (I try to go for 300 min of cardio a week so I try to chose the hour ones) girl, you're a miracle worker. These workouts are intense enough to rev up my heart rate and burn burn burn cal and fat without feeling like I can't freakin breathe. Along with your energy and vibe, i just can't get enough. You have made working out fun, enjoyable and I'm surprised that I find myself actually LOOKING FORWARD to exercising! That's almost unheard of for me. And by the end im.a hot sweaty mess and I know I did good. I also like that your videos have elements of using body weight to build strength, bc those strength training days are as important as cardio. You make me confident in myself and because of you, I feel like this is actually possible. I believe in myself. I'm 213lbs and my goal is 170lbs. I FRICKIN GOT THIS!!!

    Today I didn’t want to get out of bed. I stood in front of my bathroom sink at 4:56am debating whether to get dressed in my workout clothes or just roll back into bed. I’m under so much stress with work and being in school full time, raising two children, and dealing with family issues that I haven’t worked out in 3 weeks. I told myself “Jo will be there with you” and you delivered, just like always!! You make me smile with your energy and you give me hope to keep going. Thank YOU for all you do!!! You’re truly an inspiration!!!!!

    Just finished this one and Pussicat Dolls. So good ! First time in forever that I do sport because I want to feel good, not only look good. My goal is 3 sessions per week, as been good the last two week thanks to you!!

    I usually do Friday fun day after my 10 hour shift which consists of nothing but your dance videos but I had to push it til this morning which was even better! I hopped on the scale and for the first time in 7 years, I’m back under 200 pounds!!! All thanks to you Jo! I’ve lost 50 pounds and I can fit into my goal jeans! What a better way to start my day!! I praised God with you and got pumped with the black eyed peas! Thank you for all you do Jo!!! You have helped me achieve my goals and I’m able to enjoy life even more!!!

    I have been doing your workout consistently for 2 weeks now and this is the longest I have stuck with a workout routine. I love your videos and I love that you speak positivity ever. During the video when we can’t hear you. I just wanna say thank you for what you do!!

    This is my go to workout when I'm not 100% into working out. Just turn this on and the motivation is instant😁😁😁😁. One of my favorites next to the one No does with her sister. It just reminds me of working out with my two best friends (My Mama, and my big sister), may they both rest in peace. I know my Mama still works out with me, I can feel her presence100%.😁😁😁

    I’ve been doing your exercises for about 4 weeks now and I’m already seeing results! I had my daughter vaginally March 2021 and my son via emergency c-section August 2022. I have been the same weight as I was before having my kids but my core muscles were destroyed and my belly didn’t look anywhere near the way I wanted it to. After only 4 weeks I’m seeing the sagging in my belly go away and my c-section “shelf” improve. More importantly, I feel great. I have more energy and I’m excited to exercise now! My 2 year old enjoys these videos and frequently tries to do the moves herself 🥰
    Thank you for this amazing gift of knowing we don’t have to feel victim to our postpartum bodies ❤️

    I gotta say.
    I just recently started working out after years of being too lazy to get out of the house to do it. It's been like 3 weeks and thanks to your fun home workouts I've been able to keep at it almost every day! And this, has been the most fun work out I've done with you so far. I'll definitely return to this video again, but don't worry, I also enjoy all your other work outs.
    You make working out available at home and so much fun! Thank you 😊

    Girl it's so true what you said about feeling more confident by staying consistent with workung out! I kept up with the runs and managed a bit of the jumping which I'm normally not able to do. Thank you for keeping this journey exciting, I know it's the only reason I've managed to stay consistent. ❤️❤️❤️

    I just discovered your channel. I am 63 years old .I have arthritis but this is awesome. I'm doing my best with it. if I can't get into the moves I keep moving no matter what, so I know I'm getting a good workout ......thank you so very much..... you are appreciated 💗

I've been doing the dance workouts every day, today I did three of them and I feel really good and I'm really proud of myself for it. I'm trying to lose 20kgs and videos like these really help me to stay motivated and work out. Thank you ❤ also, every one else who's trying to lose weight, good luck! Don't give up! We can do this!

    Hello. Thank you SO much for what you do! I’m turning 52 this month and I have had serious health conditions lately. Don’t want to go out in public to keep in shape and this is SO helpful to me! I go in spare bedroom where there is just enough room for your workouts and it helps me feel so good physically and to get recommended amount of steps in a day!! Also I can feel that it actually worked ….. it’s not too much and just enough for me to get through!! Thank you so much!! Bless your ❤️

    I am so excited you help me move. I lost a 100lbs 2 years ago. I got pregnant and gain most of it back. I am back at it and since January I have lost 35lbs. I am tracking my journey now on TH-cam and it's not easy, but it is so worth it. You keep us S&S (Smiling & Sweating). I will keep you updated and I will reach my goal and no GOING BACK! Cee Slay Healthy It's a LIFESTYLE!!! :)

    I just have to say it... girl, you're amazing! There're so many dancing exercises videos but many of them are too complex to follow, therefore they're discouraging. And there you are with your simple but soooo fun videos. Thank you, I love it!

    Hi Jo! It's been a while since I've worked out and I've gained alot of weight and my knee was hurting while I was walking because of that. I wanted to get back into exercise and not hate it and the only person who popped into my head was you! I finished this workout and I had so much fun doing it. I took breaks inbetween but I'm so proud I finished it. Thank you Jo for doing what you do! I can't wait to get back to a healthy lifestyle with you.     Just finished this dance. I got so emotional right after, I don't understand why I'm crying right now but that's how I feel. It's all mixed, maybe I'm crying because I couldn't do some moves? And it's been so long since I've sweated this much. but maybe I'm also crying because I powered through it? And I feel... so great about it. Hopefully this is just the beginning. Thank you for the positivity, and all the awesome dance moves no matter how simple they are. You've provided a space for me to accept where I am right now so I can power through and celebrate that I'm going towards my healthy fitness journey, all through this one video and many more that I will be watching from you.     Easily got my heart rate above 170 and it stayed there! I’m overweight and trying to get in shape, so that may be part of it, but this one is a killer! Loved it, thank you!!

    I really enjoy these workouts & your energy just gets me having fun and putting to the side I'm wanting to exercise. It's just about having fun. And as I go into my 45th year, heavier than I've ever been, I'm feeling more positive about getting healthy and more positive about loving whatever my body looks like.

    This is one of the few workouts that I have included in my 3 week schedule of different workouts (2x 20 mins each morning and Jo's before bed for another 40 mins) that I enjoy so much, it flies by leaving me smiling and energised but relaxed too. Such a great vibe. 60 years, 2 hip replacements, suffering from R.A., but not giving in to it. Moving and creating art are my lifelines. Thanks, Jo x

    Hi, my name is Yvonne. I don't remember how I found you, but I'm glad I did. Covid got me so down, and the stess of working overtime, due to limited staff, the weight piled on. I lost 10 bounds after finally starting a daily workout in December 2021, but I plateaued. After finding one of your videos, about 2 weeks ago, I already lost 2 pounds.     I just want to say thank you. I’ve just found your channel but I put the baby to bed, clean up, put some food in the oven and then do one of your dance work outs while it cooks. It’s the perfect length and just a wonderful way to end the day that makes me feel so much better and doesn’t require a babysitter! These videos really are wonderful.

    I really had an eye opening moment during that workout! When you said good job, I just bursted out in tears, because it really hit home! Ever since I got pregnant and became a mom I slowly but surely lost myself piece by piece. Now, 2 years later I'm just about to realize that I stopped with everything I loved and have nothing left that I enjoy for myself. I love my daughter and spending time with her and doing mom stuff but I lost my bubbly and fun side. I gave up all my interests, I loved going dancing, to festivals and was very active. Your workouts are my turning point now! It's the first time I'm doing something just for myself and I feel amazing afterwards!! Thank you so much for giving me a piece of myself back!! I think you do an amazing job because it's not just about doing something good for your body but also for your mind as well!!

    TH-cam has been suggesting your videos to me for a while now, but the 1-hour ones felt a bit intimidating - I'm so glad I found this one, it's short enough for a beginner getting back to exercise, but intense enough to get sweaty. For the first time in ages exercise feels fun and not like I'm punishing myself, definitely looking forward to being able to do the long ones now ❤

    I have been trying to get consistent for years. Tried again in Jan 2023… no luck, stayed on and off the routine. Then a friend told me about your workouts and I’m on month 2, 5-6 days a week despite working full time and having two kiddos (3 & 5). I’ve lost 10 lbs and feel amazing. Thank you!

    I just want to say thank you for this. As a New Year’s Eve workout, where I’m feeling a shift in the best way, I cried. I had fun as a new, questioning mom, and I laughed, and cried, and ai feel cleansed and refreshed to ring in 2023. Thank you so so so much for helping work through postpartum and body positivity.

    My dog woke me up this Sunday at 6.15 thr…. up on the floor, then after cleaning and grumpingly watching TH-cam in my cold kitchen sipping a coffee and waiting for the hell of rain out there to stop to take him for a walk i finally got up and started this workout and now I’m smiling 😂 thank you and have a nice day !🍀🍀🍀

    My new fav quick workout to do with GWJ. I’m getting back into it after being sick for a month and packing on 10 pounds. Love how quick, easy, fun, yet results oriented these videos are. It worked for me before to lose weight and I’m sure it will again!

    I have been doing your workouts and the way I feel when I'm done is amazing. Not just physically but also mentally. I can start off feeling like "can I just crawl back into bed?"
