I felt I was doing it for maybe 5 minutes and then it said workout complete! I'm struggling with clinical depression, and a binge eating disorder. At 16 I weigh almost 180 pounds because of it. Working out is hard for me, like most activities have been. It's a struggle to get out of bed, but this type of working out is really fun and makes me feel good. Today is Sunday so I figured why not start at the begining of the week. This is my first day, but I'll be back everyday to do these workouts. Thank you

This my second workout of yours I tried and I love it just as much as the first. I am able to do it 5 out of 7 days with working 2 jobs and being a busy single mom. It's fun and quick. This was the very first workout video I ever did. I'm glad that I decided to try you out since I like to switch up my workouts as far as cardio and movement. Hey Jo! Mama in South Africa here. I must say, I am a homeschooling mom who doesn't listen to 'secular' music for entertainment so don't know most of the bands and groups featured in the workouts. I tried a certain lady's page and it just didn't work for me because she-and most y'all- knows the timing because she knows the songs. So people can anticipate when a change is coming. Unless they don't know the songs. All this to say that I love the timer in the left hand corner! It helps me know that there's a change coming so I can seamlessly fit into the next move! Thank you! Who would say that the side effects of my antidepressants would be tiredness and headaches that no longer allow me to do my 45+ minutes kickboxing routines. This my second workout of yours I tried and I love it just as much as the first. I am able to do it 5 out of 7 days with working 2 jobs and being a busy single mom. It's fun and quick. The steps are not too hard and I feel like my whole body benefitted. Thank you for taking the time to make these videos!!!

This was the very first workout video I ever did. I'm glad that I decided to try you out since I like to switch up my workouts as far as cardio and movement. Talk about sweating out to the old school (well, for me, anyway) stuff that I grew up listening to! That's what made the workout more fun and enjoyable.

Hey Jo! Mama in South Africa here. I must say, I am a homeschooling mom who doesn't listen to 'secular' music for entertainment so don't know most of the bands and groups featured in the workouts. I tried a certain lady's page and it just didn't work for me because she-and most y'all- knows the timing because she knows the songs. So people can anticipate when a change is coming. Unless they don't know the songs. All this to say that I love the timer in the left hand corner! It helps me know that there's a change coming so I can seamlessly fit into the next move! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Your workouts are so cute and you are so full of fun and life and enjoying movement for the sake of moving and getting fit. You're a star!

I really didn't want to workout today but I thoroughly enjoyed this one! You've helped me completely change my mindset that I have to do this crazy long intense workout to feel like I've done something. Who would say that the side effects of my antidepressants would be tiredness and headaches that no longer allow me to do my 45+ minutes kickboxing routines.
