Doing these workouts consistently strengthened my balance, helped me lose weight, and increased my stamina. I've found that if an exercise is too challenging, I can substitute something else. Want to share my weight lost journey with you. After 3 weeks, I lost 4kg (about 8.+lb). I did it 4-5 times a week. Just picked any 20/30min your full body workout + 10 min target workout (like 10 min arm workout, or 10 min abs workout, etc). I ate like I normally eat but with reduced portion. Drink plenty of plain water and get enough sleep. Thank you, Jo!! You're an inspiration! ❤❤❤🥳🥳

A month ago, I quit this workout in just 5 minutes. Today, despite questioning myself at 17 minutes and wanting to quit at 11 minutes, I managed to power through. Oh wow. I didn't expect this one to kick me in the butt so much. I was feeling a bit like the flu is about to get to me, so I wasn't planning a workout, but then I saw the new release from Jo and I had to try it out. I needed to modify the weights in the middle, but I did it! Yay for me and I am encouraging everyone to do a small workout today. Especially if you don't feel like it. Have a lovely day all!
The 1st thing I’ve noticed about Jo’s workouts, it’s that I actually feel good during and after! I don’t feel like I want to quit 1/4 of the way through and when I’m done I’m tired but glad I did it. Honestly don’t think I’ll step into a gym any time soon.

I’m so happy with these workouts you make them so fun. I have lost 8kgs since November. Never in my life have I been this consistent with my fitness journey. No more back pain, no more sore knees, I sleep like a baby, energy is through the roof and I’m happier. I was diagnosed with Hashimotos a few years ago and the struggle to get the weight off is frustrating, but these videos definitely help me feel like i can do something everyday whether its long or quick. I just love getting in the regular, convenient and fun workout even if the weight is staying with me.

Hey Jo! I just want to say you are the inspiration I needed to finally have a healthy mindset and lose the pounds I have waited years to achieved. I started working out 11/20th-12/20 and have lost 10.8 pounds(150.5lbs to 139.7lbs). I was hospitalized 12/24 for gallbladder surgery and have not been able to work out since, but I can’t wait to get back into my daily workout routine. i’m three months postpartum with my second baby and it’s finally clicking for me. day 8/75 consistent and Jo has made this so doable. I was not feeling it today but did this workout and finished in tears!!! Jo, thank you for everything you do! I lost 15lbs (from 138lbs to 123lbs) from doing your workouts everyday + 10k steps + dieting. You truly changed my life, I was having issues trying to lose weight for almost half a year and couldn't drop those stubborn few pounds at the start. @@muktagaur4105 - Usually I will do Jo's 20 minute workouts, and then do 10 minutes on my bike and then do my 10k steps throughout the day. I would calorie count as well with an app to record what I was eating. I stopped eating takeout and fried foods. I've been eating really clean, more protein and no sugars. Everyday and I started seeing very fast results after 4 months. My weight keeps on dropping now. I hope this helps! :)
@@muktagaur4105 - I was very strict, I didn't feel the need to have a cheat day. If I wanted a sweet, I would make homemade brownies with controlled ingredients (less butter and oil, more cocoa powder with un-sweetened almond milk). Before, I used to eat an entire chocolate bar, but now I take a small small small piece and let the chocolate melt in my mouth and savour it more. Just do everything at your own pace, and try your best!

First timer and loved the workout! I have been doing online workouts for 5 years but it can get boring. After having my kid via c-section it’s hard to lose lower belly fat, so hoping this workout helps. The music was great,and it was the perfect time, as a busy person it’s hard to fit in long workouts. Only suggestion might be to add a 30 second sweat/water break halfway through 😅
day 5 of joining in on your workout. I am extra proud of myself for showing up today since I am on my period and the cramps can be painful at times but thankfully, this time around it is mild. All I want to say is thank you Jo for providing such a safe space and positive community for a young woman like myself who has always struggled with her weight and body dysmorphia. Thanks to you, I have hope in attaining a healthier and stronger body, I feel like I can finally learn to love myself. @AvaFournier-d1s yes changing my diet to healthier food choices and deep core exercises has helped. I do this workout every other day and it has helped. Also she has a 30 minute Diastasis Recti work for ab separation after child birth that is great and on TH-cam check it out.
I am from India, dont have much time to do activity need to TC of family, but i got ur video and started it was so easy and i dont feel heavy pains on knee and back since Many workouts used to have this problem... Ur video is amazing and suits me very well.got sweat and feel so relaxed

I've Done this workout 5 Minutes ago with Two little water bottles. After 5 minutes i started sweating so much but You motivated me to keep on. I will Do this workout as often as i can for weight loss. Thanks jo!
For standing exercises, my ab muscles got a real work out. Jo, you are in incredible shape to be able to do that entire workout without any edits. The last 10 minutes I had to intermittently use my weights since my arm muscles were fully toasted by then. The last 5 minutes I just did planks since my muscles between my leg and hip were acting up too much. All I can say is wow. I will definitely have to build up to this workout over time
I'm finally able to get through this whole routine with weights every time you used them, but it was still tough. Maybe that is why I want to keep doing this one. I really love the arm workouts and the ab engagement.
My smallest weights are 2kg (4.4lbs) so I thought I’d just use them. Had to cut down to one and alternate between arms and had to entirely let the weights go for some exercises 😂 this one is probably the hardest workout of yours I’ve done ! Proud to reach the end nonetheless.
I had to do the same. Before starting the workout I pulled out my 8 & 10 lbs weights. When Jo said she had her 3 lbs weights I said, oh I can grab my 4 lbs weights. After the first move, I quickly picked up my 3 lbs weights
I love your workouts! Particularly your choice of music and the movements. For this one, I found it hard to follow the exercises with the choice of music for the first 10 minutes and then it got good after. Music is really important to keep the rhythm going!

Jo.... I love your videos but man that was a lot of legs! I normally wouldn't care but I just did a glute and leg day yesterday so I was not my best in this workout. Was a great workout, sweaty by the time I finished it and pushed through it because consistency is key. 8 mins were left and my babygirl started crying and demanding my attention 😭 i held her kept going then I sat and still did the high knees. Very intense workout but through it all i perseverd 🙌💪will definetly do it again 😊 Thank you Jo, God bless you❤❤

This was definitely a challenge. My hips are super tight today, but I was determined to keep going. I completed the workout. I modified a few moves, but I did it and I'm proud.
Back at it again after being lazy for months. I didn’t have the right equipment for the workout! but I did have one 8 lb dumbbell. Didn’t do the exercises 100% correct either, but still got a good burn and my heart rate was up, Jo is an energetic firecracker! Keep up the good work guys😊

Hi, I have doing this workout everyday for 2 weeks and wow I can tell its made a difference Indidnt weigh or measure before I began as I didnt want to upset myself if numbers disnt change but I can tell from my clothes fitting better and me feeling healthier that this is helping so much. I'm Continuing to this everyday for consistency and have also recommended to everyone I know!!
I have been doing the 20-10-5 videos Monday-Friday and I decided to add this one on for mt Saturday workout. To say this one killed me is an understatement. I made it 5 minutes with my 5 lb weights before I put them down but I still completed the workout. Considering I started your videos 3 weeks ago, I'm still proud of myself for at least getting through it, even without the weights. 😊

I experienced a breakup this past weekend and was going through it and needed a workout BAD. This was so challenging and it kept my mind off of all the junk that was rummaging through my head. I underestimated using those 3lb weights 😂 I feel great and proud that I finished despite taking a couple breaks in between. Looking forward to trying this again!
Thank you jo for giving me the motivation to get myself in better shape again. After gaining over 10+ in the past 2 years, I felt so self-conscious and started to resort to eating as a way of comforting myself. I truly do miss this sweaty, adrenaline feeling. :)

I have a tween daughter and I try not to ever use the word “fat” or talking about losing weight/tummyfat/inches. I explain that I workout to feel better mentally and for my organs. Just a thought to consider. I would love to do more of your workouts in front of her but don’t want her reading a title like the one on this video. ❤

@@muktagaur4105 - Usually I will do Jo's 20 minute workouts, and then do 10 minutes on my bike and then do my 10k steps throughout the day. I would calorie count as well with an app to record what I was eating. I stopped eating takeout and fried foods. I've been eating really clean, more protein and no sugars. Everyday and I started seeing very fast results after 4 months. My weight keeps on dropping now. I hope this helps! :)

@@muktagaur4105 - I was very strict, I didn't feel the need to have a cheat day. If I wanted a sweet, I would make homemade brownies with controlled ingredients (less butter and oil, more cocoa powder with un-sweetened almond milk). Before, I used to eat an entire chocolate bar, but now I take a small small small piece and let the chocolate melt in my mouth and savour it more. Just do everything at your own pace, and try your best!

First timer and loved the workout! I have been doing online workouts for 5 years but it can get boring. After having my kid via c-section it’s hard to lose lower belly fat, so hoping this workout helps. The music was great,and it was the perfect time, as a busy person it’s hard to fit in long workouts.
Only suggestion might be to add a 30 second sweat/water break halfway through 😅

day 5 of joining in on your workout. I am extra proud of myself for showing up today since I am on my period and the cramps can be painful at times but thankfully, this time around it is mild. All I want to say is thank you Jo for providing such a safe space and positive community for a young woman like myself who has always struggled with her weight and body dysmorphia. @AvaFournier-d1s yes changing my diet to healthier food choices and deep core exercises has helped. I do this workout every other day and it has helped. Also she has a 30 minute Diastasis Recti work for ab separation after child birth that is great and on TH-cam check it out.
I am from India, dont have much time to do activity need to TC of family, but i got ur video and started it was so easy and i dont feel heavy pains on knee and back since Many workouts used to have this problem... Ur video is amazing and suits me very well.got sweat and feel so relaxed

For standing exercises, my ab muscles got a real work out. Jo, you are in incredible shape to be able to do that entire workout without any edits. The last 10 minutes I had to intermittently use my weights since my arm muscles were fully toasted by then. The last 5 minutes I just did planks since my muscles between my leg and hip were acting up too much. All I can say is wow. I will definitely have to build up to this workout over time
I'm finally able to get through this whole routine with weights every time you used them, but it was still tough. Maybe that is why I want to keep doing this one. I really love the arm workouts and the ab engagement.

My smallest weights are 2kg (4.4lbs) so I thought I’d just use them. Had to cut down to one and alternate between arms and had to entirely let the weights go for some exercises 😂 this one is probably the hardest workout of yours I’ve done ! Proud to reach the end nonetheless.
I had to do the same. Before starting the workout I pulled out my 8 & 10 lbs weights. When Jo said she had her 3 lbs weights I said, oh I can grab my 4 lbs weights. After the first move, I quickly picked up my 3 lbs weights

I love your workouts! Particularly your choice of music and the movements. For this one, I found it hard to follow the exercises with the choice of music for the first 10 minutes and then it got good after. Music is really important to keep the rhythm going!

Was a great workout, sweaty by the time I finished it and pushed through it because consistency is key. I waaaaay thought this would be easy-ish…well now I have a good workout to come back to. It was my hip flexors that killed me. Dropped my 5 lb weights and did body weight. Can’t wait to come back and try again to comment on my progress!

This was definitely a challenge. My hips are super tight today, but I was determined to keep going. I completed the workout. I modified a few moves, but I did it and I'm proud.
Back at it again after being lazy for months. I didn’t have the right equipment for the workout! but I did have one 8 lb dumbbell. Didn’t do the exercises 100% correct either, but still got a good burn and my heart rate was up, Jo is an energetic firecracker! Keep up the good work guys😊

Indidnt weigh or measure before I began as I didnt want to upset myself if numbers disnt change but I can tell from my clothes fitting better and me feeling healthier that this is helping so much. I'm Continuing to this everyday for consistency and have also recommended to everyone I know!!
I have been doing the 20-10-5 videos Monday-Friday and I decided to add this one on for mt Saturday workout. To say this one killed me is an understatement. I made it 5 minutes with my 5 lb weights before I put them down but I still completed the workout. Considering I started your videos 3 weeks ago, I'm still proud of myself for at least getting through it, even without the weights. 😊

I experienced a breakup this past weekend and was going through it and needed a workout BAD. This was so challenging and it kept my mind off of all the junk that was rummaging through my head. I underestimated using those 3lb weights 😂 I feel great and proud that I finished despite taking a couple breaks in between. Looking forward to trying this again!
Thank you jo for giving me the motivation to get myself in better shape again. After gaining over 10+ in the past 2 years, I felt so self-conscious and started to resort to eating as a way of comforting myself. I truly do miss this sweaty, adrenaline feeling. :)

I have a tween daughter and I try not to ever use the word “fat” or talking about losing weight/tummyfat/inches. I explain that I workout to feel better mentally and for my organs.
