I'm usually busy during the day so I do a 5 mile/ 3 mile weights/ dinner workout/ recovery workout at night. Those are my go-to growithjo workouts. I usually go about 2 weeks everyday with one day of rest (I'll go for a walk or something light) and jump straight back into it! But to be honest I just keep going and doing the workouts everyday...I pretty much just go on instinct and listen to how my body is feeling and if I need to rest. I'm starting to incorporate more morning AND evening workouts now. How are you going with Jo's workouts!?

I've been so depressed. I started a healthy journey back in October but fell into depression December. In just one month and a half I lost all my progress and motivation. This is easily the most low key intense workout I’ve had in a while and I loved ittt😂😂😂😂😂😂 the beat and the moves and the songs aligned so perfectly! I just want to say I'm so happy I found you. I gained alot of weight with a complicated pregnancy sadly our baby didn't make it and I've had to recover mentally with that and health issues that prevent me from walking alot. It's been almost a year and I'm back down to my normal size and can walk most days now with just normal pain. I can train and walk my dogs, I feel better and I'm learning to live happily
