If u want perfect body then keep reading my comments 1. drink water too protect hydration...if you are trying too weight loss then you can got dark circles or body affects so try to drink 13+ cups in a day 2. take some rest from 15 seconds then you don't feel uncomfortable 3. Don't eat like animals..it won't let you glow up 4. try some tips too for glow up (not forcing) Try your best bye bye

guys remember targeting one area isn’t going to really help. It makes a small difference at the start but it won’t last for long! You have to be on a calorie deficit (lose more than you gain) type of things. Don’t give up if you don’t see progress right away trust me if you work hard to reach it I’m sure you will. I recommend doing a full body workout for atleast 20-30 minutes per day. If you have had weights I reccommend searching a full body workout without weights! (I use this method) if you need some recommendations to good people with Good workouts full body then ask away. Make sure to not push too far out of your comfort zone. For women it can effect your 🩸 cycle if you are going to harsh on yourself! I’m not to sure for men but I will search it up and edit this comment. I’m working out myself since I’m over weight myself ❤I’ll update here aswell for my journey (remind me)

All of my friends are super skinny and perfect and beautiful and I’m starting to gain access weight but at my age where I’ve just started my period and all of the hormones I’ve been struggling a LOT! Same! When i was younger, i was underweight and called very skinny by a lot of ppl. Ever since i went through puberty and had lots of changes in my body, i ended up gaining lots of weight that was due to stress. Cuz of that many ppl treated me differently, especially my family, some were happy i gained weight since i used to be very skinny, others shamed me cuz i gained too much weight, which was half true. At the end of the day, I realize it doesn't matter if i gain too much weight or become too skinny. I just need to learn how to balance my body and eat healthy to avoid getting any sickness. Also, AVOID using food as a stress relief 😢 literally how i gained more weight a year later after i lost weight

This doesn't mean you have to stop eating, but you can cut off some oily foods and fast food from your plate. 3. Drinking water. Water helps you lose weight, and you should drink a gallon of water every week. 4. Sleeping enough. If you're an adult, most adults need 6-9 hours of sleep every night. If you're a teen or younger, you need 8-10 hours of sleep every night. Hope this helps, keep the journey up!

Pls don’t hate on this comment, but my dad is a manger at a gym, and has been for over 10+ years, and cardio is the best way to lose fat, doing crunch’s or sit ups isn’t going to make you lose weight, that will build muscle to your core, but not help you lose weight.

If u really want to loose weight u have to add up more exercises to it or some cardio...u can even try wight training and walking is something that u should not miss....Also I tried following diet with these exercises still there are no changes to conclude I would say that if u really want results so just give ur body and yourself some time...changes can never be there in a night or a week.... try basic cardio and walking with this U'll definitely get results Hope this helps!

Day 1: before I did the exercise I was 50.7 KG My goal is 31.5 KG after the workout I weighed myself on the scale and I was 50.5 KG!!! I am proud of myself ❤
Day 3: my mom made me eat way to much and now I weigh 50.4 KG And after the workout I was still 50.4 KG But I’m pretty sure it was because I had tea before the workout lol

However, if the problem is that yours are “sagging”, this might have been a problem based off of what kind of bras you are wearing or have worn when you were younger.
Guys I don’t want to ruin your spirits but you can’t do an exercise that targets specific fat areas. You do exercise and maintain a good diet u may loose belly fat or leg fat or arm fat first. Everyone is different.

Day 1:No Changes yet! a little burn fat i guess, its a bit exhausting but i recommend doing 30-60 if u could.

Day 1: before I did the exercise I was 50.7 KG My goal is 31.5 KG after the workout I weighed myself on the scale and I was 50.5 KG!!! I am proud of myself ❤
Day 2: after the workout I weighed myself and I was 49.9 KG!!!! I am proud that I lost 1 KG ❤❤❤
Day 3: my mom made me eat way to much and now I weigh 50.4 KG And after the workout I was still 50.4 KG But I’m pretty sure it was because I had tea before the workout lol
Day 4: I weighed myself in the morning and I was 50.1 KG so I guess I lost some weight overnight haha anyway I weighed myself before that workout and I was 50.1 KG and after the workout I was 48.5 KG!!

Guys I don’t want to ruin your spirits but you can’t do an exercise that targets specific fat areas. You do exercise and maintain a good diet u may loose belly fat or leg fat or arm fat first. Everyone is different.
