    to all the young people watching this, please make sure to rest after training/working out. also remember to drink water, eat, and get sleep! please dont eat only 1 meal a day. you can still eat just as long as its not fatty foods, food w alot of calories, etc etc. protein is good for you! and i hope you guys get your dream body!!!

    Started April 22
    Day1: great exercise but tired
    Day2: motivated but sore near the back
    Day3: noticing some slight changes
    Day4: feeling like Day1
    stopped doing the video after day 20 but started doing badminton and the video made me loose a lot of weight plus badminton! It also depends how much effort you exercise into this video.

    Gonna do this everyday now
    Day 1: Currently weigh 178 pounds today was pretty easy
    Lol forgot to update daily but it's been a week and i not weight 174
    Just make sure you don't eat too much junk food or you wont see results

    So easy and simple for beginners. Im a 12 yr old overweight girl who has thankfully found the motivation to exercise. Im so happy this is so simple and i do it 3 times a day and it burns a lot and i can feel it burn as well. Thank you for this video im working on the exercises hopefully i can do 3-4 later on im not on day 3 and i feel really good about myself.

    Doing this and giving updates everyday
    Day one: Pretty easy
    Day two: I felt tired at the end but for the most part easy
    Day three: Rest day :)
    Weight update: I've lost 4 pounds and 2 ounces
    Side note: I've also been eating better in addition with doing this workout 1-3 times a day
    Day four: Easy and hard at the same time
    Day 5&6 : Eah ok I am having a harder time staying consistent
    Day 7: Easy and hard at the same time( like day 4)

    imma keep you guys updated (i'll try to do this for 2 weeks and see how it goes)
    DAY 1: i did it 2 times today, i didn't really see a difference but i was pretty tired. i'll try doing 4 tomorrow!
    DAY 2: I did 3 minutes and was pretty busy so I couldn't do it
    DAY 3: i was pretty sweating today, i managed to do 6 i took 30 minute breaks everytime i did it 2 times (i've also been trying to eat healthier too)

    Day 1: I completely all of them. Wasn’t so bad
    Day 2: I woke up and got straight to the video. Everything was fine until the squats.
    I’m not going to lie I forgot all about this but I’m back now starting from day 1 again

    trying this for a week!!
    Day 1: Did all of them, wasn't so hard :)
    Day 2: Did them all again, it seems easier when you get into the routine of it! :))
    Day 3: Some results start showing 💗
    Day 4: It’s helping a lot (+ make sure to drink a lot of water throughout the day)
    1 month later: I used to be 219lb at the start and now i am 198lb !!!

      @@chops7856 nope, i wasnt! i just made sure not to eat so much junk food, i replaced soda with sparkling water, it really helped, i love takis and most of the time i eat the whole bag in one sitting but i started to portion it to only 12 takis whenever i want a snack, a great tip is to drink a full cup of water before you eat any meal so you are full of more water than food. most of the time i eat when im bored which ive stopped when i started working out. but overall just watch what you eat :)

    I lost 1kg in 2 days my starting weight was 48.3kg now it’s 46.6kg!!! Today is day 3!

    I’m going to do this workout along with 3 other workouts. I promise I will keep up with my journey!
    Day 1: I finished the workout it made me sweat at the end I always love the ones that make me sweat cause it’s a sign of me burning off calories. If you’re wondering if I’m eating healthy YES! I am. But I say if you have a sweet tooth eat one day on the weeks and IN SMALL PORTIONS!
    Day 2: I added resistance bands to this workout AND IT BURNS
    Really sorry for not updating:( I posted in the comments why I didn’t. Starting now I’ll do my best to update again

      Cdtfvf I stopped doing it. Barely came back to this video. I started to drink green tea with ginger bought it at Walmart and I already lost a pound:) ima do this exercise to speed up the process.

    Day 1-easy already see progress feels good afterwards as well!
    Day 2-sweating lol kinda did this at 12 am before a shower but i did do the video 2 times and it was okay!(suprisingly i wasn't sore)-i'll update tomorrow!

    Well this is my 2nd week of exercise to this video, 3 times a day and it is working. I seen results on day 4 and still seeing results. I'm not one to check my weight. I'd rather have my clothes do the talking. They are getting bagger and fitting me alot better. Today I am adding in the 11 Best Standing Exercises. So maybe when I'm in Vegas at the beginning of May i'll shop for new clothes. :D

    Doing this workout until i see a difference:
    Il keep yal updated every day!
    (Im also only drinking water these days,i only alow myself to cheat every saturday)
    Day 1:✅️ it feels amazing for the legs,im sweating alot but burning means working,so im very exited to see the results!
    Day 2:❌️ i did other workouts 3 days before that were 8 mins long each and so my legs are soooo sore and i also have school and its really hard to sit doww,crouch,ect.
    (The reason why i stopped is bc i can alreaddy see a 4 pack formed)

    Day 1: Feel good sweating its going to tame time but im going to do it for 2 weeks and see a difference i felt very insecure about my body and all i did was just wat and eat and felt like i needed a change i dont want to give up because that means nothibg will get accomplished thankyou so much

    Day two!
    Startrd off fine, but once it got to the squats i was VERY SORE from the previous day 😅 the first round was okay. Second round was sweaty, third round was sore, but not as bad as yesterday. :)

      Day Four: not feeling it anymore. I noticed these exercises are targeting the legs more than the abs. Loosing belly fat was my goal. I will continue the challenge though and see if I can get the transformation.

    День 1:как и ожидалось ничего не изменилось но чувствую себя куда увереннее!
    День 2:праздновала др так что не делала :((
    День 3:только что закончила.Ноги жутко болят.Болят до такой степени что почти в конце я еле вставала.Ещё начало болеть сердце.Но думаю это потому что я ещё не привыкла😿

    Day 1: yeahhh i sweat a lot and it was a little bit hard to breathe i did it three times didnt see any change
    Day 2 : I did it like 5 6 times and I havent notice any changes its the same but my kness hurt a lot i mean a lot and my hips to like its hard for me to get up and lay or bend ove to get something
    Day 3 hi guys I'm starting to notice some slight changes and my body it's hurting really bad but I think I will get over this

    Ive done this before for like a week but than stopped so I’m gonna start over. I just started doing it today again , so I’ll be updating everyday!
    Day 1: I did once and obviously didn’t see any change yet. I also did a small workout before this one but I am sweating a lot!
    Day 2: ok ngl I skipped three days because I was pretty busy, but today wasn’t as hard as day 1. I’ll try not to skip again!

    Im gonna try this before a party (in a few weeks) I want to lose weight because I will be wearing a swimsuit and Im kinda insecure. Im going to drink a lot of water and try to eat a little less (Because I over eat sometimes) on top of this workout. Ill let you guys know how it goes in a week or so
    (Edit) Its been a few days and I have seen a slight difference!

    Wow,i didn't think it worked•but i do it everyday and i see lots of changes,now me and my friend dose it every after noon
    We love it are other friends are like how do you get skinny so fast please teach me,love your vids

    Hi so I started today and I will do a daily check up and I won't exercise on Sundays
    Day 1: pretty good I weight 138 and I'm 11 so I'm over weight and today I did this exercise 3 time I used to weight 140 so I lost 2 pounds (btw I started a week ago so I'm restarting)
    Day 2: it was a lot more hard but I got threw it and my belly looks a bit smaller
    Day 3: I LOST A POUND 😊 I WEIGHT 137 NOW YAYAYAYAY

    Started this on May 23rd currently 72 kg while 12 years of age I'm very insecure I will do this 3 times a day and I'll come back on June 30th
    Um what the heck it's not June 30th but..
    I'm 66 kg now!!! I did this workout and a bunch of this accounts other workouts on this account and I went running and I went on walks everyday I drank A LOT of water omg!!

    Really love this exercises and find the very beginner friendly, I obese but I find that I can do them and push myself, the not impossible to do, and after that I find myself sweating which means I'm really working out and burning fat, I really enjoy this exercises so much, thank you.
