      There are loads of them, you have to look at previous ones and in most of the workouts you can add weights 🙃👏🏽 just be inventive

    *So easy to use and so convenient! Awesome in space saving. However, due to its adjustable weight design, the length of the dumbell is always the same regardless of weight. (I.e. a regular 25 lbs dumbell is longer than a 10 lbs dumbell). But that really not a reason to shy away. Also kinda expensive.... but!!! Overall quality **bestgym.equipment** and ease of use and storage, you cant ask for a better dumbell.*

    this one was actually VERY FUN to do! Versatile exercises, great music, easier exercises that came up when i was out of energy and the last exercise gave me a little bit of extra motivation because i had so much fun jumping over my dumbbells hahaha

    I've been easing my way into workouts by doing another person's videos. I feel like it helped me loosen up my joints, muscles, and so forth. After about a month on a more easy level, I decided to go up a level and found your routines and I am in love!! I love that your videos are focused primarily on the workouts themselves by minimizing talking time, using noises to let someone know when a workout is done, and adding mini clips of the next workout so you don't have to explain yourself. Bravo!! Love all your videos.

    I really loved this workout!!!     Did it!! Finally came to this one that I've missed for a long time!!! Used 15lbs dumbbells thru out the entire workout, almost not being able to finish... but somehow still finished (phew!!)!! Vey tiring... but very rewarding. :))) Thank you Anna!!!

    I must not have recovered from my Sunday training hike because this workout kicked my butt. I did manage using the 55lbs kettlebell for the swings, but barely. Thank you!! I enjoyed it!

    Oh Anna, this was definitely a SWEATY one!! Loved this workout because I can't do very much high impact so I modified some - like the running with dumbbells..I did high steps with dumbbells - my knees thanked me. I love seeing your energy and after workout high!! Thank you!!!

    Oh.my.ducking gosh I think this is the 2nd time I've done this workout and both times it had me I shambles....
    Loved it, had a few breaks but I finished the whole thing which, in and of itself is a big accomplishment, thanks for the killer Anna

    Your workouts are like a cup of coffee for me in the morning. You can't resist without them. I always wonder what to do in the days without your new workout. Awesome burn and sweat. Lots of calories burned. I know it's too greedy to demand of another workout for abs with dumbbell of 30 minutes please🙂. People with training session like yours don't need any gym 🏋🚴💪.     You're a champion if you finished this workout. 🌹Honestly I'm so proud of myself. I wanted to give up but did not. I did the curtsy lunge without weights instead but then picked up my dumbbells again for the rest of the workout
