  • Team, we're adding weights again today! I'm calling this 30 min YOU VS YOU workout because you are your biggest motivation AND your biggest competition! Burn fat with this high-intensity, full-body workout and I'm sure you'll feel incredible at the end!!
    Who is the hardest worker in the room = YOU ARE! Let's do it!!

    👉🏼 Duration: 30 MINS (Plus 5 mins of cool-down stretches)

    It's a really nice dumbbell set, but it cost way to much. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 I guess that's just how things are now days. 😕 other than being way over priced they are a wonderful weight set. My only one complaint is they are kinda bulky although at just over 55 lbs I can see why. Very user friendly and I've had no real issues. After one year if anything happens I will re-review.

    I first did this workout in March 2021. I barely managed to get through the whole exercise while taking multiple breaks in between. I came back to this workout today and finished the entire routine without any additional breaks. I still have energy left in me to go. I lost 23 pounds since then. I feel so proud of myself for not giving up. Thank you, Anna, for helping me through my fitness journey. Keep inspiring me and several like me the same way. Lots of love and good wishes to you.

    I love love love your challenges. Don't get me wrong, I hate hate hate the exercises while doing them 🤣 but my body feels stronger, looks leaner, and I feel so much better overall! I didn't lose weight but I lost a LOT of centimeters and that was my goal 💪 thank you Anna, you are godsent! ❤️

    This is a killer one.... Many must have told you this ...thank you for existing! I brought down my post pregnancy weight only and only using your videos. I'm much fitter now and have been doing the intense ones in your channel and oh my... the feeling i get when I finish is just so amazing!!!

    This was such a good workout! I felt kinda weak before doing this, but you balanced the cardio really well with the more weights oriented exercises. Like doing high knees followed by abs, or doing bumpees followed by arms. This helped me go through it fully! I feel really proud that I did this one without any extra breaks or variations!! 💪 Thank you Anna:)

    I’ve just had laser eye surgery and can’t do anything hardcore for a week - I’m genuinely gutted! Guess it will be a restful week for me with some of Anna’s stretching videos - at least I’ll be able to see her properly when working out now 🙌🏻🤣

    I had lost 15 kg 2 years ago but unfortunately I gained 20 kg and ı realized i am struggling doing this workout. I got used to it but after ı quit doing sports and eating over calorie i realized how i am unhealthy than my old version. But ı believe myself cause ı did it and i can do it again. Only thing that changed is my weight my mindset is same. Also thanks for

    at first I was very afraid because when they are exercises with dumbbells I feel like dying, but later I saw that it was an exercise with dumbbells and then one without dumbbells and I thought: maybe I can do it ... And I did! Thanks Anna for so much !! :D!!!!!

    I did a 16kg KB and 9.5kg DB all the way until the final move when I dropped to 7.5kg DB for final Thrusters 🙌🏻 An improvement on last time doing this one! YES! Thanks Anna x

    Wooo! Burned 353 calories. This workout was a great test of my strength. I had a drastic increase in strength. On Day 1, I needed to make the rests a few seconds longer starting at the 6% mark. Now, on Day 23, I was able to do 100% of the workout without extending the breaks. I only needed to modify five of the moves, but kept moving and challenging myself. This workout is You vs You, after all. Thank you for providing workouts with real results in such an uplifting atmosphere. It means so, so much.

    I hated HIIT and i hated at home workouts! Get me to the gym anyday - but these workouts have changed me! I am a professional dancer and these workouts are HARD!!! But im feeling so much stronger and fitter! SO thank you so much!
