I first did this workout in March 2021. I barely managed to get through the whole exercise while taking multiple breaks in between. I came back to this workout today and finished the entire routine without any additional breaks. I still have energy left in me to go. I lost 23 pounds since then. Like doing high knees followed by abs, or doing bumpees followed by arms. This helped me go through it fully! My only one complaint is they are kinda bulky although at just over 55 lbs I can see why. Very user friendly and I've had no real issues. After one year if anything happens I will re-review.

20/05/24. Wow! excellent routine, so efficient and powerful, I really enjoyed it from start to finish, I sweated a lot, I am happy for my perseverance and discipline of training daily, thank you very much Anna for motivating me to do one of your routines every day.
Wooo! Burned 353 calories. This workout was a great test of my strength. I had a drastic increase in strength. On Day 1, I needed to make the rests a few seconds longer starting at the 6% mark. Now, on Day 23, I was able to do 100% of the workout without extending the breaks. I only needed to modify five of the moves, but kept moving and challenging myself. This workout is You vs You, after all. Thank you for providing workouts with real results in such an uplifting atmosphere. It means so, so much.
