    Im 14 years old and i work out pretty almost every day and i stopped for 2 weeks and decided to do this workout to get back on track and when i tell u this is the hardest workout ever, i was actually almost dying. Love this!

    I'm 16 years old, and I can't remember being under 230 pounds in years, but recently I've started dieting and really pushing myself with workouts. So far, I've lost almost 40 pounds in only a few short months. I couldn't make it to 30 minutes in the workout, sadly, but I hope that soon I will be able to. The exercises are great and really push me, so they'll surely prove effective toward my weight loss journey. Thanks for the great video and for the help!

    I have been working out for a few months now but I found this workout so hard. I had to take two or three mini breaks between the really hard moves. But if I wasn’t struggling I wouldn’t be improving and I am only finding it hard because I’m trying. Got to stay positive! Thank you so much for these! Xx

    I LOVED YOUR PLAYLIST! It honestly motivated me to top going when it got tough! And I loved how "light up the sky" came on during the star jumps 🌟 and I LOVED LOVEDDD that first song during the cool down. I needed the reminder to love myself just the way I am. I've been struggling with depression lately so thank you for the much needed endorphins and serotonin through a healthy way

    I'm so proud of myself that I made it to the end even though I was struggling throughout the session but I did have lots of fun and I know it's difficult at first but I guess i will slowly progress!!

    This workout was awesome!! Even though I couldn’t complete it. I tried my best to do all the exercises I could and pushed my body. But then at the end I just gave up.       LOL. I remember the day that I had to admit to my personal trainer (long ago) that I'd eaten jalapeño poppers before showing up because I was about to puke during jump lunges. 😅 Greasy food and exercise do not mix well. 🤢

    Anyone else switch over from Pamela Rief? Love both Anna and Pam’s styles each one completely different but both super genuine and supportive with their community? Anna’s workouts are harder and moves are harder but Pam’s music is really good. Switching back and forth between the 2 but proud to say I finished the 28 day challenge

    I've been working out for 3 years now, with HIIT, skipping and jogs as my usual routine. Wasn't getting the exercise i needed with my older routine and THIS oh my goodness. Will be my new go-to! Gives a good workout and makes me sweat! LOVE IT

    I love doing this as a finisher to strength training. 30 minutes to get my HR high and no repeat! Loved it! Active cal around 230.

    Can you do a HIIT workout, in the future, a little bit longer and with a combination of cardio / toning for total body and to get lean legs, please? I just love the fact that most of your workouts are with no equipment: each time, I need to control my muscles and how my energy flows into each exercise... it feels like you are the true capitan of your muscles!

    For my New Years resolution I decided to do a month of Anna workouts and stop all weight lifting. Not only do I feel stringer and leaner but my lower back pain is almost completely gone. Just amazing

    LOVED this work-out. Plenty of very challenging exercises but so enjoyable. Everything is packed into a very sweaty 35 minutes. Will definitely do this one again & again. Thanks Anna.

    I absolutely loved doing the 30 minute intense full body crushed HIIT workout no repeat. You two are insane and I felt I’d worked so hard with my legs shaking especially when squatting against the wall. Wow very impressive workout and great music with no running commentary. I also love the fact that you have a small video to show what’s coming up next.

    Level of experience: sweaty... well I was sweaty for sure :-P
    I feel amazing after this work-out, I can't believe I didn't take any breaks (only the 10 sec rests) obviously I did modify some exercises, but I am so proud of myself for doing it!

    Thanks fro another great workout - they are always really challenging and I feel great afterwards. There are a lot of killer workouts out there that will get you sweating and strong but I've realised after doing a few of yours what you add to this mix: you add lots of balance moves to improve coordination and small muscle use, and you add lots of twists to keep the spine moving (important when there is a lot of jumping) and you are always smiling!! Thank you!

    Feeling great after finishing the last challenge! I definitely feel myself getting stronger as the days went by. When I began the challenge, I could barely get through one workout. Towards the end of challenge, I could finish one whole workout with little break times!! Can't wait for the next challenge!💪🏼😁

    I stop a lot to have a break. Well this is my first time doing your full body workout and I can say its worth it! I really sweat a lot! 30 mins feels like an hour! Thanks anna! ❤

    Usually I try to work out at least one hour when I get a chance but it is tough to put it in the schedule. this 30 minutes work out makes me accomplished positively . It is encouraging and hard enough . The shorter session gives me chance to find another 30 minutes somewhere later in the day - in stead of 1 x 60 minutes, now I can do 2 x 30 minutes possibility!! Thank you !!!

    Love this workout it’s really hard and it has you sweating everywhere and when I say everywhere I mean everywhere like your hairs (little) behind your neck back stomach legs and forehead your heads gonna be dripping with sweat a lot. Have fun

    1st HITT workout in 10months and I couldn't help but smile through the workout as forgot how good it feels. Really liked the lenght of the cooldown as others tend to whizz through. Thank you.
