This is my second time through Amy's 4 week kettlebell strong core and more workout calendar, but the first time I've done this video because I chose to do postpartum specific workouts the first time through even though I'm more than a decade past my last pregnancy. My abs haven't been right since. Amy's postpartum abs videos were game changers for me, and with that increased understanding of breathing (despite years of yoga it just never clicked) and building some strength I feel like I got a lot out of this video.
To all the folks just getting to know their stomach muscles. This will work.

Amy. You are great. I had two c-sections between 2016 and 2018, and after two years my core hasn't recovered yet. The concepts you shared here are really important and hope I understand it. Thank you

Thank you for this! Your videos have helped me get healthy after having a baby. I was wondering if you had thought about doing a stretch video for fixing posture and correcting forward head posture? That's something I am trying to fix and usually in the morning I will do one of your workouts and then switch to a posture correcting video. However most of those types of videos just show you once what to do and are like "do this 5 times". I'd love to have a posture video where I can just follow along with you as I'd be more likely to actually do the exercises properly, and your upbeat vibe and attitude is also motivating.

thank you for this in-depth core exercises Amy! I have a 2cm DR gap after having 2 kids and I am hoping these will help me to get it functional again. I have been doing wrong ab exercises and it hurt my back a lot and probably made my DR even worse. I am so grateful to have found your page. Have a great day and stay safe.

Wow! What a difference!!!! I have been working out literally since I was 4 years old (my mom used to watch Body Electric on PBS and I worked out with my Campbell’s soup cans right next to her) and I HAVE never heard it put that way. I love it!!!

Great morning workout specific to getting that core back and good length to fit in with baby playing post breakfast.

This was fantastic!!!! I’m 5’5” with a short torso. I had a 9.85 lb 21.50 lnch baby 19 years ago! Yikes!! I’ve also had weak lower abs & or tight quads and hamstrings. That combo tilted my pelvis and produced the spread in my abs = pooch
I wish I had done these exercises decades ago but I can already tell if done consistently these can strengthen my abs and correct this weakness . Thank you! 💖

Amy, thank you so so much for this workout! I have been doing your workouts for over 6 years and since I really started upping my weights the past year I have seen some amazing changes in my body. My most stubborn area has been my upper stomach (it sticks out more than my lower abdomen now 🤦🏼‍♀️). You referenced this video in a recent live workout and I tried it this morning. It finally clicked what I was doing wrong with ab work and I feel so much better about being on my way to a flat belly! Again, thank you!

Just chanced upon your channel and just the detailed way you explain has got me hooked. I know now why my exercises never worked. Absolutely best instruction I've ever found on TH-cam or any other place. Subscribed 🙏

Wow, this was a total eye opener! Can't believe how much engaging the deep core changed the exercises. And love that you can just do the breathing throughout the day. Thanks so much!

LOL my husband and I are DIEING! - this is my faaaavorite core excercise... I cannot believe how much this channel has changed our lifes. I always knew working out with him is fun, but this is stuff we can actually do together while the kids are sleeping and we love every painful second of it.
    THANK YOU AMY!

Thank you so much for the in depth explaining Amy. It’s so easy to forget about the engagement when your doing core exercises quickly. From now on I’m going to do my best to check in with my form to make sure I’m doing it properly. I found this workout really challenging and will be doing it every week 😊💕💕
