You saved my life!!! I get very emotional when I look at my past life. My mother raised us on cereal. I was 49 years old when I started following you. I was 298 lbs and 5ft 10"
I know weigh 185 and feel great. No more stomach flu as my mother called them. No more tonsillitis all my life. Growing up we drank kool-aid all day. We where on penicillin shots twice a year. I eat grass fed meat, kefir, yogurt, eggs, vegetables shake every day with every veggies cramed full in blender, vitamin k2 d3, magnesium , drink water, black coffee, pecans ,walnuts , no sugar only monk fruit sweetner, jump rope, lift kettlebells. I am 54 and have erections when I sleep again.
Please people make your children eat healthy.

I retired from the military in 2019. I was 253lbs, 5’7, 48, post menopausal, rheumatoid arthritis, and PTSD. I was a runner until I got sick. When I retired I got peloton and started. About a year in I needed more so I bought some bands. The bands aggregated my wrists and was very painful so I switched to 3lb dumbbells and mimicked the same movements. Eventually the weights went to 5lbs, I watched a ton of weight lifting yet vids, and I started using my bow flex M5 incorporated a circuit training program. Did that for about a year. Then I moved to the gym. Next month I will have been going to the gym for 2 years. I ended losing a lot of body fat and be it took so long I don’t have a lot of extra skin which is nice. I was 135lbs last year. I felt weak though so I continued to increase weight and started building muscle. I put on some weight but happy to say it’s all muscle really. My pants still fit nicely however I can feel the glutes have grown as well as my shoulders, back, arms, I have a waist! lol. Weight training is it for me. No more fluctuating bodyweight, I’m 147lbs, my RA has calmed down a lot, and my PTSD is pretty manageable! Loving life….finally! ✌🏽❤️🇨🇦

Once I learnt about Faccia and understood that being HYDRATED meant the faccia was not sticking, bunching or sticking together and most of the pain reduced or went away. Electrolytes to begin with helped me get back to a better level of hydration.

Two body parts per workout. 3 days on and 1 rest day. There is absolutely no need to let yourself go. It’s a lot of work but I am worth every minute because I love me. You have to be your own advocate. ❤I have looked after my body all my life. I used to be a trainer.

My isometric exercise began in 1993 when our twins were born!! 😂 One 3 year old, infant twins, and a stay-at-home Mom who frequently walked through Walmart with both infant car seats, one on each arm. “The babies” weighed close to 20 lbs. each, and then add the weight of each infant car seat. My husband worked at a manufacturing plant, plus did all of the yard work at home, and kept up with the car and mower maintenance, etc. He could only carry one of the babies on one arm.
Fast forward to today, we now have six grandbabies, ages 5 years to 9 months, and another coming this year. One of our grandsons, age 2 1/2, weighs a “solid” 45 pounds!! I’m able to squat, keeping my back straight, using my arms to pick him up, then using my legs to stand. My husband isn’t able to do that, and hasn’t picked him up since the “little” guy was 30 pounds. He can carry a heavy pack of roof shingles, or something similar, over one shoulder, but that’s it. He works hard, but doesn’t “work out”; the only time he “stretches out” is when he goes to bed at night!!🤣
I’ve learned since childhood to “listen to my body”. I was born with a defective heart valve, have had 4 heart valve surgeries since age 3, the last two being mechanical heart valves. Atrial fibrillation has been my constant companion since 2022, but I just keep living my life, listening to my body, and enjoying the grandbabies as often as I can!! I Thank the LORD many times every day!! He’s the Reason I’m still living and breathing at age 64!! 🙌🏻

I exchanged drug use for health and fitness. 1992 I benched the landmark triple plates. 315 pounds. Rode mountain bikes Washington state going over the handle bars at least once per ride. Tri athalon on Phuket Island. ( swam in high school) 2006 began muay thai kickboxing training. I have not stopped- I'm addicted. 4 years ago got a muscle-up. The point is : I watch all these strength training videos and know I am miles ahead. Anyone who has done a 3 minute Round with an aggressive muay thai trainer will know what I'm getting at. Before I could afford small handheld weights I use to use gallon jugs of water to do the arm exercises. Those that couldn't lift something that gallon size container would use the half gallon size jug. Some of the older ones would fill up quart size plastic bottles and use that size. But then some had told me they started out with the individual bottle of water, then gradually worked up to the next size. Some commented that it felt like the days of cleaning windows and getting that burn.
Am glad to get these exercises for someone of my age (72), as I try to keep myself moving as much as possible.

I'm actually scared of those exercise bands. If it snaps back and smacks you in the face, it's gonna HURT. People have been injured by them.
There are bands that have a fabric covering over them, so if the band snaps it's contained within the fabric wrap. 👍🏻

Dr. Wallach - another great doctor you might check out - recommends copper supplements to tighten up the flabby skin (he calls it a free face lift) and it also clears blocked arteries and prevents strokes. He also said it returns hair color from grey. I was skeptical, so I put it to the test. The change is very gradual, it took a very long time (2 years!) but nearly all my grey hair is back to it's original color, except my beard. That hasn't changed much. I take 4 mg chelated copper daily. My wife only takes it once a week and her hair color is changing back as well.
