    You're the only trainer I follow who explains proper breathing in a way I can understand. I notice this in many of your workouts, and I really appreciate that because I need constant reminders!

    I like that this workout is focusing on form and doing the moves slowly. So many core workouts they just rush through it and it’s not even enough time to ensure you’re core is engaged properly. Thank you!!

    A wonderfully challenging workout for me first thing this morning. Really makes you think about the core. I use my core as a flute player all the time, but this workout has really given me that extra boost! Fab stuff Amy! X

    Great workout Amy! Although short but a real Burner 🔥 this is the 2nd workout for today on this month's calendar. So after doing the first, 20-minutes Pilates workout, I was exhausted and couldn't do this one nicely 🥵🥵 but somehow did finish it 😅 Thanks Amy! ❤️
