This is the first workout of yours I tried, since April 9th I'm down 20 pounds!! I was starting to fall off and give up hope but even on my crappy days I still show up. You're videos are awesome and I appreciate the time you take to walk us through each step.
This gives me hope. I have gained some weight and need to lose 15 lbs but I'm losing hope. I've been attempting it for 2 years. I lost it 2 years ago but gained it back after my dad passed 😢. Maybe this exercise will help me get back on track
First time I did this workout I used a five kilogram kettlebell. Later I added an eight kilogram for when two hands are used. Today I did this with a 12 and 16 kilogram. This is great.. Keep working everybody.
I just ordered 2 kettlebells…I’m 83, weigh 80# am sedentary and very stressed…I used to exercise fanatically but gradually quit…worse thing I ever did…can’t wait to begin rebuilding some strength and feeling better…Be Blessed…
I literally never commented under a workout video, but DAMN! this one really hits, and I mean it, all the exercises are so well thought. I was able to do all the workout with no pause in between. LOVED IT. You just gained a new fan 😍
Just finished my first 15 minutes! What a fantastic beginner workout! I've never done bells before and it's been ages since I did any type of lifting at all. At 54 I know with all my body changes that I need this type of exercise on top of the Pilates I do. Thank you for creating such an engaging full body work out.
Roxanne! I love this workout so much, I do it twice. I swap out the plank and push ups with mountain climbers and kb swings 😅🥰 So all up a nice 30min exercise on alternating days of the week. Thank you so much for this! It's also encouraging to hear your voice praising and guiding us through each exercise 🥰

Oh this is brilliant, i was way too ambitious taking heavy kettlebell, so firt day i could only do half, and it hurt thr next day but today i took lighter kettle bell and it was lovely. Challenging as im on 0 fitness level but good. Just hard to engage the core and do exercise. I just have to get hang on engaging the core and then ill be fine. Thank you so so much for this video and i can't wait to see where this journey will take me

I'm a guy, and I'm going to try this. I say try this because I've utilized: barbell, dumbbell, machines for thirty-two years. I've seen Kettlebells but never knew how they actually worked. This looks like a good regiment to perform two times a week and do weight training with barbell, dumbbell, and machine once a week.
New to working out due to problems with my Asthma. Tried this workout and even though I was a little out of breath, felt amazing when I completed it. I will definitely check out your other videos, thank you for showing me that I can train. 😊

I've been doing this workout for over a month, memorized every flub and laugh ("Not barber -- a bent-over row.."), and this morning was the first time I realized that the penultimate exercise is called "Dead BUGS" and not "Dead Burgs" 😅. (Always thought "dead burgs" was an odd name and decided to look at the screen text.) Suffice it to say, brilliant beginner workout, it's helped me immensely during my recovery from gallbladder surgery. A massive (silent) clap!
Haha good old dead bugs are really good for the core 😊❤️ be sure to perform the exercise nice and controlled. Glad you like the workout and happy to hear it’s helped with your recovery. See you in the next session 💪🏼

Perfect video, i was looking for a beginners tutorial. You explained everything perfectly. Just recovering from a back injury. Ive rehabed with swiss ball and bodyweight exercises. This is my next step to recover and gain strength again.

I am new to kettle bell workouts and 8 haven't seriously exercised in several years. This great! Hard enough to be challenging without leaving me discouraged.
I just needed to let you know that there were many time in your video that I wanted to give up but I didn't because your work out was so well put together. When my knees needed a break it was time to do an arm work out and when my arms got tired it was time for a hip work out! I really enjoyed your video and I will for sure be doing these work out from now on! You gave me the push that I needed as a new mom with a larger mom body to get back to a body I am happy with!!

I just did it! Thank you so much! Used the 8 kg Kettle for everything. the last few squats without.. and the behind the head stuff I did with just a barbell weight pole to get into the right movement,. Will add on weight( to add on to 4-6 kg), or buy some additional kettles. I have sure made a follow with your channel. I will look for some belly/ back work outs.. too thanks and love from Germany

New to channel, new to kettlebell workouts, have seen a few videos and tried their routines. Now seeing it explained properly i realise some mistakes I have been making, like the bent over row, the demo is excellent.
Thank you for putting this exercise together! This was my 1st time using kettle bells in a full workout and I LOVED it! Even though it was for 15min I got a good sweat and could feel my muscles working! All exercises were explained and demonstrated clearly and was executed seamlessly. I’ll definitely be back to do more KB exercises with you! I just subscribed 😊
Big thank you for this low impact kettlebell workout! I have PCOS and have been learning to manage some of my weight by doing low impact exercises. I recently was in a car accident and had not been able to work out due to the pain I was feeling. I gained a lot of weight the time I wasn’t working out and it has hurt my self image tremendously. This is my first video getting back into exercises and I can say it was refreshing. I plan on checking out what other low impact workouts you have available. ❤

Just did this for a post partum workout as I want to get stronger and tighten my core and back again. This was so great, not intimidating and one i can definitely come back to. I use a slightly lighter weight for my arms. 👏

Hey, ☺ I would recommend either a 4 or 6 kgs to start. It also depends on how strong you are to start, this might be too light and you would start with 8kgs. I am using 10 kgs for reference, Let me know how you go. ENJOY ☺

I’ve struggled my whole life with motivation for exercise, I’ve tried EVERYTHING but nothing helps so I just have to do the most effective workout I can manage. I’m going to try really hard to stick to this 💪🏻 Excuse the ignorant question but one of my main goals is to not be out of breath so much when doing basic things 😅 will a regular strength training routine help with that? I know cardio would probably be ideal but I much prefer strength training. I’ve heard kettlebells count as strength training and a bit of cardio too ❤

Love this! The reminders about form and breathing really help. As a beginner I can do the whole workout (I do a plank on my knees during the pushups). I’ve only done this a handful of times but I’m already seeing progress. Please keep making videos like this one.

New to channel, new to kettlebell workouts, have seen a few videos and tried their routines. Now seeing it explained properly i realise some mistakes I have been making, like the bent over row, the demo is excellent.

Even though it was for 15min I got a good sweat and could feel my muscles working! All exercises were explained and demonstrated clearly and was executed seamlessly. Big thank you for this low impact kettlebell workout! I have PCOS and have been learning to manage some of my weight by doing low impact exercises. I recently was in a car accident and had not been able to work out due to the pain I was feeling. I gained a lot of weight the time I wasn’t working out and it has hurt my self image tremendously. This is my first video getting back into exercises and I can say it was refreshing. I plan on checking out what other low impact workouts you have available. ❤

Just did this for a post partum workout as I want to get stronger and tighten my core and back again. This was so great, not intimidating and one i can definitely come back to. I use a slightly lighter weight for my arms. 👏

Hey, ☺ I would recommend either a 4 or 6 kgs to start. It also depends on how strong you are to start, this might be too light and you would start with 8kgs. I am using 10 kgs for reference, Let me know how you go. ENJOY ☺
Love this, Roxanne, thank you for sharing! I’ve struggled my whole life with motivation for exercise, I’ve tried EVERYTHING but nothing helps so I just have to do the most effective workout I can manage. I’m going to try really hard to stick to this 💪🏻
Excuse the ignorant question but one of my main goals is to not be out of breath so much when doing basic things 😅 will a regular strength training routine help with that? I know cardio would probably be ideal but I much prefer strength training. I’ve heard kettlebells count as strength training and a bit of cardio too ❤

Love this! The reminders about form and breathing really help. As a beginner I can do the whole workout (I do a plank on my knees during the pushups). I’ve only done this a handful of times but I’m already seeing progress. Please keep making videos like this one.
