Dear Nicole, don't know if you will see this. I've had an ED most of my teenage life. Ate next to nothing, hated myself, burnt myself out doing long distance running. I'm so immensely grateful for your classes. They were the first real workouts I enjoyed. You're one of the few fitness influencers who never says "lose fat!" "Burn calories". And that means a lot to someone recovering from that mindset!!! Not to mention, they help my core strength and balance so much, especially barre, which is important in running! Thank you!!!
It is nice when you can just focus on enjoying your workout and the knowledge that you’re taking care of your health. I noticed I also have gravitated to channels that don’t emphasize the physical, I also struggled with an ED. I’m very careful to not trigger it

Hi Nicole, I actually really DIDN'T want to work out today as it's supposed to be my rest day, but Type 1 Diabetes and insulin resistance had other plans... This video was exactly what I needed - low impact but still got my heart rate up and my blood sugar down! I started the video with high blood sugar and a lot of frustration and ended calmer and in range! All this to say, thanks, your videos have such a positive impact on us all!
