Thank you so much for these challenging workouts! After completing around 4 weeks of your sessions - I am able to run again. My hip and back pain has pretty much gone. I am a high-impact, full-contact, heavy-weight kind of gal - but your sessions have taken my strength and flexibility to the next level and I know I can get seriously strong without putting my body through so much stress. I no longer want to see how heavy I can lift - I want to see how elegant and flexible I can be! Thank you for teaching me - and please keep up the awesome work - you are a beautiful soul and magical human :-)
Dr Pels has taught that working out too crazy hard actually raises cortisol too much which can cause weight gain for women. So this type of exercise here is perfect, challenging and strengthening, but not stress producing
Wow!!! I've just discovered this and I love her! I prefer weight training and am shocked that I love this so much! Do you have any tips on incorporating pilates into a lifting routine? For example when I'm sore in my glutes or hammies are these the same as training 2 days in a row?
I didn't grow up exercising or doing any sort of sport/dance. I'm 26 now and I used to barely be able to get through your 20 min videos, I'm slowly working my way up to the longer and more advanced ones. you're teaching me so much about my body - thank you!!!

I had dance classes when I was 11 and I'm 22.... I'm not a pro, I've lost my flexibility... I wanted to give up because it was hard for me but I didn't... Dear Nicole, thank you for your wonderful classes, which I came by a just three weeks ago. As a pilates trainee for years before I had to quit due to extreme workload, I have missed this sense of well-being after each session. So, now that I have more free time and must immediately find body and mind balance due to autoimmune disorders I currently suffer from, I feel so glad that I found you and your healing classes. Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

I just started doing your workouts a week ago. I’ve been relatively fit, but I’ve since lost my athleticism due to laziness and inconsistency. At first I was discouraged because I couldn’t keep up, but after being consistent with your weekly plans I’ve been getting stronger just after one week. Not only are your workouts effective, but they’re also fun and relaxing. In the past, I would torture myself with extreme and extensive workouts, which put a strain on my body and led me to dislike working out. But thanks to you, I’ve been getting more motivated to keep discipline because your videos genuinely make me feel happy and refreshed afterwards. Thank you Nicole 🫶🫶

I just started doing your workouts a week ago. I’ve been relatively fit, but I’ve since lost my athleticism due to laziness and inconsistency. At first I was discouraged because I couldn’t keep up, but after being consistent with your weekly plans I’ve been getting stronger just after one week. Not only are your workouts effective, but they’re also fun and relaxing. In the past, I would torture myself with extreme and extensive workouts, which put a strain on my body and led me to dislike working out. But thanks to you, I’ve been getting more motivated to keep discipline because your videos genuinely make me feel happy and refreshed afterwards. Thank you Nicole 🫶🫶
