Well done. We should also always credit to our guru Swami Satyananda Saraswati, the source of this teaching before we we impart his teachings to others.

A great help with my yoga practice, Very easy to follow.
you are a lifesaver ! thanks a lot for uploading these videos !
Thank you. Your Pawanmuktasana series videos are very well executed, with the poses clearly shown. Your efforts in editing the videos to show the poses in detail are very much appreciated. I agree with some viewers' comments that the background music could be replaced with something softer or taken out altogether. Wonderful work, thanks for your seva.
Good one. Namaste🙏
There are very good exercises for abdomen ... thanks to Swami Satya Nanda Saraswati

Hi,
Thank you for the video. There is a little mistake I found however. The first practice is called padottanasana in the video, but should be utthanpadasana. In the description it is written right. In the video not.

In chakrapadasana the heel should not touch the floor at any time during the rotation.
Thank you for raising the feedback. As the video is open to be followed by all, it had to be made less strainuous and safe for all.
He says so... The heel should not touch the floor any time.

the contra indications need to come first…I've just done this series and have a heart condition…you did not say tip the end that I should not!!
I'm hypertensive and been practicing this for a few months now... coz it helps with digestion. I just don't strain my body too much and lie in savasana if I feel lightheaded. Namaste.

Namaskaram Brother of India : ) You both are such wonderful people and teachers; so it's a pity to have here that background music, so repetitive, it can be, sorry, a bit irritating. It would be perfection to replace it by more fluid sounds. I'm only saying this, because i really admire your work - and already started this practice thanks to you
