    Ive been doing yoga for 2 months now. I dropped 6kgs. I know its a little but the shape of my body and posture really made a lot of difference. Also, my anxiety attacks has been reduced.

    I am practicing yoga for 4 years.... I suggest my friends to do yoga... doing yoga keep you energetic for the whole day... you will feel fresh and active... Practice yoga and pranayama....yoga is a good therapy for many health issues.. Start a day with yoga and at the end of the day you will feel the result.... whoever reading my comment start practicing yoga.... stay fit and healthy 👍👍

      Upasna parikh I am Indian and I call it Yoga. When I was in Rishikesh we called it Yoga. Signs marketed Yoga. We also say Pranayama and Pranayam. No judgement

    I have been doing all these poses from past 26 years in much lighter now and in great shape I dropped 60 kgs from 120 kgs and my sugar and cholesterol and pcod got cured plus my joint pain and back pain and headache also healed. Loved that you posted these online to remind me that anything could be achieved if somebody really works hard and is focused on their goals irrespective of obstacles and bad people.

    I really have to say thank you for this video.
    I'm 44 yo house wife with three sons, I have regular" headache , neck pain, and back pain, and it is just getting worse during the quarantine. Usually I took a pain killer just to start the morning.
    I've been doing the exercise for a couple of weeks, and I'm so surprise that the pain have decreased significantly.
    Just wow.... I can stop using the pain killer and put a smile on my face.

    It might have not transformed my body physically on the outside, but it sure has transformed my body from the inside. It has improved my digestive system alot, has helped me with my cervical pain, posture issues, bloating, and has helped me dealing with stress and anxiety. Also, this video has made me love yoga.     This is a great video, I'm a yoga instructor and these are amazing poses for your body, mind, and soul. Do these practices you won't regret it. It will take time so please work in your own pace, if your straining to much take a break or you can injure yourself by accident. Keep practicing and you will be able to do it over time. Remember it's not a competition. It's great to challenge yourself, but not to the extreme your putting too much strain.

    I practice yoga almost everyday and I can say that yoga is a great exercise benefit your health mentally and physically. The best part is that yoga teaches you to accept your body as it is. If you want to be slim or lose weight, one thing to note is that you cannot rely on yoga alone. Healthy eating plays a big part too.

    I started doing this 3 weeks ago. I feel more energetic, and have an easier time walking up steps. My pants are definitely looser around the waist. I can't wait to see the changes.

      @@axe3329 I've been doing this twice a day, morning and night ( currently at 3 days ) everyday and I'm already feeling a change in my body and mind. Now I have less difficulty doing these poses , I'm now a bit more flexible and feel more at peace ( change in temper )

    I've recently working on focusing more on my physical AND mental health... I stopped my bad habit of binge-eating and I also exercise regularly. These yoga poses, along with some jumping jacks, burpees, crunches and more exercises have really changed my body for the better. Feeling so much healthier and 100x more confident! Trust me, it's hard at first, but it's DEFINITELY worth it

    Yoga changed my body during from March to June!! During quarantine I need to deal with living in NYC with a healthy routine. I was out of shape daily yoga and it toned up my body and lost a few more pounds. It was amazing. I did yoga in my 20's and 30"s and now I have my yoga body back at 61!!!! My major aches and pains are gone. I can't say enough for starting a daily practice again! Its kept me calm and positive at a very challenging time. Yoga used to be what at a Saturday morning class. Now
    its may daily practice for life. I only do about btw 30 to 45 minutes a day.

    I’m new to yoga and this was the first video I found which is truly made for beginners like myself. I have been doing this workout four times a week for a month now and can already see my body changing. I also use my bike for 15 mins before doing the yoga routine. Awesome, thanks for the video.     Tonight I passed 30 times doing this exact workout. Do you know why. It's better than what I get anywhere else in this amount of time. My butts hard as a rock. My entire body is like steel. So the title is real. These asanas will change you completely. You will be leaner. Much stronger. Your balance becomes super hero level. Thanks for free yoga

    I've been doing yoga for a month now everyday and I've lost 17 lbs and my body is starting to get tighter. I do not do anything else but yoga (generally slow flow and yin yoga) and my belly is shrinking, my glutes are tighter, my strength is improving, and my anxiety is reducing! Yogi 🧘‍♀️ for life!!!     Yoga helped a lower back issues Iv always had but I realized when doing yoga it was from right leg muscles and it completely cured it. Yoga helps with so many things mind and body and Improves the quality of life for sure.

      The name is funny to me.. child's pose.!. In yoga (sanskrit language) it's called shashank aasan. Aasan meaning posture.

    Im 49 yrs. old this is my frist excrersise class ever. Im feeling every bit of it. It's a great start for me . It's very peaceful and relaxing not to much for me. I love it and Im having fun. .This video is excellent. Very pleaseed. I've recommended it to family & friends there even using it now. Highly recommened for starters.
    I use it 3 times a week and I really can feel a difference I felt better the very 1st time I used it, my torso area is not as bloated I don't have that stuffed feeling my side handles litterly flatened I had like 3 sets I can breath better my body feels great this was after one use.
    I would like to thank bright side and everyone who made this video
    possible you guys are amazeing keep up the great videos and great work to the pictures are easy to follow ... I will keep you posted on my workouts how things are changing. Want to ask someone who reads this my upper arm is very sore tender hurt every time i move it is this normal

    Gotta say the body feels really nice after doing these exersizes, personally having never done yoga found it quite challenging, ended up doing most of them for 15 seconds instead of 30.

    I have been doing this for two months now. Guys, this yoga set is very very effective. I have reduced two kgs already. My stomach is getting flatter and there is a calmness in me. You will not regret it. I do it for only 3-4 days a week. Also have butter cheese once or twice a week.. but I make sure I have home cooked food. And it gives results. You will start falling in love with your body.

      yoga can be done aftr meal bt it shld have 3 to 4 hrs gap frm meal. coz as i have a busy schedule, i dnt get time in the mrng, i alwys do it in the evng.

    I am very picky when it comes to yoga, work out and music videos. This is by far the best one. I love the fact you included water sound, relaxing music and great effective poses. I am doing these before going to bed and in the morning.

    The whole exercise is repeated in one set and its called suryanamaskar. I m from india and i daily practise it

    I was waiting for exactly a month (30 days) before writing this comment. First things first, many many thanks to BrightSide for giving us the best set of asanas that helps with the overall body toning. The asanas shown were practised every day and I could see the transformation. Two things improved with these asanas that I personally experienced. 1) I have seen my body in shape and health changing for good. 2) The most amazing thing is it took me two days to realize I was having flu and cold. But the cool thing is the flu is not affecting my schedules like it used to affect before. I am more resistant and feel stronger now. Once again many many thanks to BrightSide for this useful video. Can you please update the description with the original asana names shown in the video? Please.

I do 30 times Surya namaskar, stretching, 15-20 minutes jogging along with this bright side video. I have stopped eating outside food and junk food completely. I am still working out to come down to 56 kg

    Please do a video breaking down a beginner yoga routine similar to this but with explanation of how to gradually work your way into the full pose. Many people, ESPECIALLY BEGINNERS, cannot immediately do these poses in their full expression. Better to encourage people to modify poses in a healthy way and ease into the full pose. And thus encourage people to NOT further injure themselves with unrealistic expectations. Thank you for these videos!

    I’m 6ft tall and I was just overweight at 85kg. Tried following this for a month daily but it didn’t work exactly the way I wanted it to. With some diet improvement, and doing this for 2-3 days per week and push ups and planks extra, I feel drastic changes in my body. In 3 weeks I have lost 5 kilos... If anyone is planning on shedding a few kgs off in their time at home I’d recommend following this! Diet is a must for weight loss👍🏻

    I started this yoga from 30.06.2021
    I am 25 years and the weight was 56.8. I am an asian.. So our staple food is rice... I couldnot skip it. I took just little less than before. Gave up sugar. I have been doing these yoga poses for 13 days. In the morning i do it... But before starting it i always did surya namaskar, and some regular stress. I do it once a day...
    The result is now i am 54.4kilo within 13 days.Thank you Bright Side.

    I was very abset ,my thinking were so weak i thought i am useless because of loneliness and long time negative thinking then i search many yogas, i reached to this video and used daily and it helped me came out from anxiety, calm down my thoughts helped me to think positive at all.     Great video. Please consult a doctor before any exercise. One last point, for "Tree Pose", be sure to avoid placing the instep of the bending knee directly over knee joint of the straight leg. This decreases the risk of injury. I think it is great Bright Side simply popular Asanas but please keep in mind that yoga is so much more than a series of positions. It is literally is a journey of self-love, not only physically but mentally and spiritually.

    Hey I have started with this workout and it really works , I lost 1.5 inch from my waist and lost 1 inch from thigh . It’s just one week and I can definitely see the difference also lost 1 kg weight . I wanted to mention that apart from this yoga I am also maintaining a proper diet ie no junk .     I'm 55 years old and can barely do a few of the poses but I can feel the difference. My mobility suddenly slowed down to the point when my dog would lose a toy under the couch it was becoming difficult to get on the floor to retrieve it (And often don't even try) After just 2 days and 2 session I notice some flexibility coming back and I feel like I'm turning back time. It compliments my new healthy living diet perfectly.

    I don't know whether these yoga poses are gonna do wonders to my body or not..but this time I just want to be consistent, consistency is the key that what I learned from someone.
    Earlier I tried many HIIT and hard workouts & give up in few days only...this time I m choosing simple yet little hard yoga poses (as I m very low active kind of person) & try to be consistent with these..will keep updating in weeks...what it does to my mind & body.

    I did it for a month. At first it was pretty hard to do these warrior poses, but at the end of the month I was more flexible, so my leg was 90 degrees as showed in the video. I still enjoy better to put my own meditative music on the background and then do these exercises, than listen to this video (because all of these nice commercials lol).

    I just completed the whole exercise
    Find few poses tougher where I had to maintain my balance.
    Did it for the first time and I really enjoyed it.

    I'm in the military. A lot of these poses are (modified) used in workouts. One of them we call the V up which is basically the boat. Only you have to lower your torso/legs and then lift them back up and just keep repeating that.
    In basic training our drill sgt was trying to help some of the soldiers practice their breathing and focus. So he had them do that every time they saw him. Every single time.
    They did great at weapons qual and had killer abs lol

    I started doing these poses last year and within a month my body improved tremendously.
    All my aches and pain were gone, stamina and flexibility increased quite a lot, insomnia was gone, focus and memory improved and increased my overall energy.
    Thank you so much for this video, the order of the poses works well for beginners and the countdown makes practising much easier than having to put timer or count on our own.
