Very Good! THAnks, but you forget say that pawanmuktasana series are from SW SATYANANDA teachings. Bihar Yoga Sachool
Variations in marjariasan
I learned from Mukunda Stiles.
Very rightly said, all our shares have followed the teachings of Bihar School of Yoga only.
In my opinion this is the most authentic yoga presentation available. it is presented by Indian people who live yoga and have the original meaning and knowledge of true yoga. My gratitude to Divine Wellness is endless. Namaste.
Thanks a tons @patriciakerr, the words said means a world to us!

No way for this practice. Cannot do the deep squat.
Nice.. But why is it contra indicated for women who had surgical delivery? Maybe they need to delay until they are fully healed.. But no need to avoid life long is what I feel
Very rightly understood. Usually post surgery contraindicated period is 03 month. Depending upon case to case.
Bhai I also want to accompany you

hari om! merci pour ce video, excellent! Om shanti à vous.
Very good practical and explanations about how to do it.
Very helpful and very instructive...step by step.
Kindly answer my questions.
1. Is it necessary to do in the order these series 1,2&3 or in any order?
2. Can we do any one series separately at one time?
@vibulananthan
Each series is prescribed for various needs and certain conditions. Also, there is no hard and fast rule that one series can not be done alone. You may consult your practitioner to pick and choose for yourself.
WOWOWOW. This video is excellent. Immediate relaxation and effects. Looks simple but very hard if you wish to master and follow all instructions. Profound.
beautiful postures and presentation . Thank you :)
Very useful, thank you! Dhanyavaad!
PAWANMUKTASANA SERIES III
Excellent video, good explanation
Are these to be done with ujjayi breath?
Can be accompanied with Ujjayi breathing to deepen the experience. But those with conditions like depression, anxiety, psychological conditions or hypertension must avoid doing so. Must consult an able practitioner for expert advise.
Wonderful series! I felt comfortable and great by your instructions and visuals. Well done you guys! Hope you upload some more series of asanas. I'm reading 'Asana Pranayama Mudra Bandha' from Bihar school of yoga at the moment. Thank you!

Can u share how u learnt ? Where u learnt? how long it took to get this awareness ?
@Chandani i had been a yoga practitioner since i was 5 yrs. Started teaching when i was 13 yrs. Later was blessed to be initiated from Bihar School of Yoga in year 2003. I might be a slow learner so took me over 37 years of practice to be able to experience the postures.
Good Job!
