I love this pose. I will be 70 years old in two years. This has helped my flexibility, my digestive, my relaxation, and so much more. I have been doing this for about five years and it’s the most helpful stretching, meditating, exercise that I do.
Yes. I am now 70 yrs. .I am also doing this since 4 years. The pain near the thigh joints, stiffness in the thigh muscles and the back go away with these stretches.
I do this stretch every night for twenty minutes before going to bed. It helps me to sleep like a baby, without depending on sleeping pills, and without a dent in my savings. I've also noticed my clothes that were tight are now looser.
A friend recommended this video, I started doing it before bed and noticed that I can now do seated meditations very comfortably without the need to support my back! 🙂 Thank you ❤

I don’t have any spare wall except on my bed so I lie on my back on my bed … so you don’t have to use a mat. I love legs of the wall. I used to do that a lot. This is a wonderful routine. It’s energising but also relaxing. Really good for those of us with health issues. Also enjoy the bed yoga routine 15 minute ones one for morning and one for evening sometimes. Yoga should be simple and easy and the more you do certain poses the healthier your body and mind gets. ❤❤❤

My legs and hips were hurting so much that I tried foam roller and it didn’t help. I tried this Practice last night and at the end of 30 minutes the pain was gone. It was magical! 😊

Thank God I found your teachings I was in so much pain from my neck to my arms and my lower back for months. My knees were giving up on me as well to the point of no return. But after doing these wonderful pose's I'm relaxed and the pain and pressure is gone I will be sending these routine to all my friends and continue doing your technique as well... thank you....be blessed and keep doing what you do...

I started yoga again. Was looking for the right person. As I'm really achy and in a lot of pain, the floor workouts are perfect for me. I love how I feel after 3 weeks of lockdown. Another 3 to go and I'll be able to start moving forward again. Felt inspired to extend my fasting window too. ❤️
