      My second time watching. I’m coming back with a pad and pen for a third. Your presentation is thorough and the options you give offer clients, regardless of which plan they choose, a service that seems more than enough to get the job done.
      I’d be interested to see the end result profit for the clients based off of which plan. One way the end at 133k the other….?
      Love the work! Glad I found the channel. I’m going to the video your suggesting in this comment but I’ll be back to take notes.👌🏻

    This guy freaking killed this appointment, my goodness.
    Didn't even have to specify what tips and tricks he used were, it was obvious because of the execution
    Getting them to sign the disclosure when they were unsure, taking control of the whole conversation from the beginning,
    Stacking your strongest counterarguments first,
    Poking holes in their defense instead of being on the defense when confronted by the commission,
    Indirectly justifying the commission by having such a structured promotion.
    Just screams professionalism.
    My goodness.

      @leeannaadams4137 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@mekshot. Hi! I’m doing well I actually has an open house today that scored me some buyers. I would say learn how to do CMA’s well. Practice a few times and have other agents or your broker look over the price or price range you got from that. Know your contracts. The hardest part is getting the listing. You really have to put yourself out there and learn about the market. The more fluent you are with real estate the more people will come to you about it. If it’s priced properly then it will sell. Inventory’s really low right now so most properties are receiving multiple offers unless it’s over priced then it probably won’t. What brokerage are you with and what state?

    • @mekshot.
      @mekshot. ปีที่แล้ว

      @@leeannaadams4137 thank you for your time and advice! I took a screenshot to get to work on these tips asap!
      I signed up with eXp Realty of Northern California, here in California. Just that I got an older mentor who isn’t really that active in the market, and just goes off of referrals which I don’t have! 🤣😂 but I’m trying my best, my next plan was to start door knocking for like 4 hours and see how that goes. What about yourself, what brokerage and what state are you in?

    This is such a great meeting presentation. I've never seen one like this before and now I understand why I was not hired for some listings. Although my package includes what he went over, I see how I did not convey my offerings the way Brandon did which resulted in me not getting hired for the ones I did not win. My take away is that we can't expect sellers to read our prelisting material, especially for prospects you don't know personally. You have to expect them not to read all your great information and be prepared to explain everything thoroughly in a short amount of time. When you join a brokerage, majority of brokers don't teach you how to do a proper listing presentation. I don't understand why that is. But, thank you for sharing this. I appreciate it. Will following for more tips!❤

    As the listing agent, how are you pre-qualifying the buyers BEFORE they have even requested a showing? In NE Florida we use showing time and the buyers agent requests the showing, so I'm wondering how you insert yourself in the process before you even get a request? Do you put in the listing that all listing agents have to call you to request a showing first? Seems like that might create a little friction. Awesome presentation, learned a ton, btw

    One question: What was the purpose of asking the husband and wife different separate questions?

    This is fantastic! I actually have a question about the disclosure agreement. Is this akin to the listing agreement? I'm just thinking that if a client is still shopping around/thinking about it, would they not be concerned about signing anything at that point? Are you effectively just saying 'just sign now and if you find someone better in [X days], I'll just call it off?' If yes, how would you handle subsequent clap back?

    Great job! I've only been a buyers agent and can't wait until I have my listing presentation down like you. Time to role play!

    Great video! I am currently debating on becoming an agent myself. Have been thinking about moving forward for awhile now but don't want get started and feel like I'm shooting in the dark. Your videos give me a ton of insight into the day in the life of an agent and makes me extremely excited to jump in head first. The only things holding me back now are start up and reoccurring costs but am getting closer to easing that transition.

      What type of work are you in now? I’m glad the videos are helping you!

      @Brandon Mulrenin I've been in the construction industry in various different fields for the last 10 years or so. Spent a couple years in satellite installation and sales, my first year was awarded Technician of year for my region where we had approximately 90 techs and that was due to customer satisfaction and sales.

    How do you cover home inspection, appraisal, cleaning etc to being a transaction agent at 1%? This house $2500
