I took a long walk with my daughters in their stroller, put my headphones in and just soaked it in. I used this at my last 2 listing appointments within the last week. Super easy, very professional. Love it!
This is pure gold! Sometimes a lot of what we learn as realtors gets stored in the sub conscious and refreshers like this are needed in tough times. This was perfect
A tremendous ammount of priceless content for your youtube followers. I always mention where I learned most of what I know today to those that ask how I know what I know without having as much experience as them. You truly have excelled my learning curve and I appreciate you a ton, Thank You!
I'm not a realtor but I can say that it would be unreasonable for me to think I would fail following this plan. Great info and great job presenting it. 👍
This video is awesome! Brandon, you are effecting and helping many people that you may or may not realize. LOL. Please keep up the amazing trainings and thank you for doing what you do!
What a great learning stuff Brandon, I loveeeeee it..... :) just a little request, when you are on the stage, is it possible to move a bit less, it could be a bit hard for people, to focus on what you are saying when you are constantly moving too much... :)
Brandon, great interview as always! Love the content! My only complaint, you never put the person's contact info in the description. Hope you get to read this.
So i found a potential seller for this buyer & their agent. Of course i want the commission and ive talked to the seller they are option to a offer. Just trying to get my verbiage together to get them to sign listing agreement? Any thoughts?
Found it in the free script he offers. The link is under the video: 1. I have a few questions to ask so that I’m prepared for our meeting so that you get the most from our time together, is that fair? 2. When the home sells, where are you planning to move? 3. Got it, and how soon would you like that to happen? 4. Will you need time after we close to live in the home as you’re making the move? 5. Got it, now, is it an option to stay in the home, maybe rent it or have you decided that you’d like to sell at this point? 6. What improvements have you made to the home since living there that might impact the home’s selling price? 7. I’m going to send you an email with a detailed pricing analysis that will allow you to look at comparable homes and my listing plan of action, can you review that prior to our meeting? 8. Our meeting should be about 30 min and we’ll cover a pricing strategy that will cause your home to sell for a premium, we’ll review all the numbers and then at the end of our meeting, we can discuss if working together makes sense, does that sound fair? 9. Perfect, now how much should I use for the mortgage payoff as I’m working up the #’s, roughly? 10. Got it, and do you have any questions at this time or is there anything you want to be sure we cover when we meet? 11. Great, I’ll look forward to our meeting on X & X.
Quick Question for you Brandon, do a lot of clients really ask you about your educational background or what degree's or certificates that you have, or is that not really relevant to them?
@@BrandonMulrenin thanks for responding. So far I have: 1. I have a few questions to ask you, so I am prepared for our meeting, so that you get the most of our time together. Is that fair? 2. When the home sells, where are you planning to move? 3. How soon will you like it to happen? 4. Do you need time after closing to live in the home or do you plan to move right away? 5. Is it an option to stay in the home? Do you need more time? (looking for motivation) 7. I am going to send you an email with a detailed pricing analysis. It is going to allow you to look at the comparable homes and my listing plan of action. Can you review this prior to our meeting? 8. Our meeting lead should only take about thirty minutes. We are going to cover our pricing strategy that will cause your home to sell for a premium, we will walk you through the numbers, and then at the end of our meeting we can discuss if working together makes sense or not. 9. How much should I use for a mortgage payoff so I can work up the numbers accurately. How much do you owe roughly? 10. Do you have any questions for me at this time or is there anything you want to make sure we cover when we do meet? Looks like number 6 is missing.

So why have a different presentation for Expressive personality types? Sounds like you can just use another? In fact, why not have 1 presentation and 1 'one-pager' that gets to the point use them for everyone You give the one-pager first, for the Drivers, then the 1 presentation that shows how much you care and then gets into all the numbers.
