Everytime I start to feel like I have no idea what I'm doing, I take a break and watch one of your videos and it gives me back the confidence that I need. Thanks for your help, I continue to rewatch all your content everyday
Just this one vid.. motivated me to keep pushing. I am new to Real Estate and I have asked my team leader for this type of coaching. I am glad I found Brandon Mulrenin. I am looking forward to watching all of his content.
Good stuff. I’ve been using your old expired script over the last week, Im hearing a lot of “where will we go?”... tough market right now but the calls are key to opening the door. Thanks for sharing your successes Brandon!
I literally scrapped my entire script, that I wrote myself my first day in the office, and wrote an entirely new script that includes what you've said, almost word for word. I modified it a bit so that it flows a little smoother for me in a conversation but I'm going to try that script tomorrow, I'm confident it's going to do well :)
Hello my friend! I'm Thiago, Broker of RE/MAX here on Brasil. I'll like to thank you for share all this information with US. God bless you man. (Sorry for my poor english. Long time no speak or write since i left California. 23 years ago kkkk )
The only question I have is in DFW the market is crazy and everyone is looking. You mentioned in your rebuttal for commission that nobody was looking. How would that go in a sellers market, please?
That's a great question, I was wondering the same thing! I am in a seller's market currently, but we expect within the next year that it's going to become a buyers market.
when you talk about ripping up the right to sell contract wouldn't that be a violation of Line crossing on the other agents side when it comes to doing an interview?
I like your videos but dont agree with step 4 I do real estate because I like to help people find their forever home. I'm good with a lower rate for my sellers, I'm not undercutting myself to get the deal.
I have used this “tear up the contract” line before, done hours of work and had a buyer actually cancel so they could use their friend who they didn’t realize had their license. Do you have any other ways to handle the “we need to interview other agents” objection?
I would use the 5-step framework. Acknowledge their concern, speak thru their point of view, assumptive statement, value statement, gain agreement. In other words, ask them why they feel that way, if they're concerned with the price they pay an agent or how much they net in their pocket in the end. I'd also mention that if they are unwilling to pay a listing commission, they will be doing FSBO, which I respect, ask them to confirm. If they are really going to FSBO, they probably wouldn't have set a listing appointment with you, but if it happens I'd give them a FSBO backup plan and follow up with them in 30 days.
Watch this video next where I handle seller objections in a live listing presentation: th-cam.com/video/HFuw3jYLJrE/w-d-xo.html
Any way to still have access to this live listing presentation?? When I click the link it says the video is private & unavailable.

Terrific video. Play by play outline of how to deftly handle objections for a listing agreement.
This is so good in how you explain what to tell people when they are asking us for a lower commission. You explain the situation so well.

What’s your best response to that?
It sounds like they don’t actually want to move.

What about “ I’m only willing to pay buyer’s comission “ even after telling them you don’t get the same $ from selling on Zillow etc
