It's interesting to realize that "later" and "alligator" have the same pronunciation at the end. ☺️ And thank you for this new great lesson, as usual you’re not stingy of your time! 😍
He’s amazing 🙏🏻🙏🏻 thank you so much for teach us English on this way, I like it because everything you teach it’s understandable ☺️ keep up with the good work!!
Another useful video. Thank you so much for teaching us. Instead of memorizing the grammar rules, expressions and even phrasal verbs, idioms and so on. It's better using them in situations. That was I needed to know.
I'm thrilled today!!! Well, I'm thrilled because I've spoken today for the first time with my British friend since I started this course last month and I've noticed a lot of progress. I heard the phrasal verbs she used and I understood them, and I spoke a little bit more. I even used one phrasal verb myself. I don't remember which one now, hahahaha. Why didn't TH-cam show me your videos before? I jumped into your course with the first video I was shown in my timeline. I say it seriously. I would have saved a lot of money if I had found you before...
Thank you for your reply on the video. I often watch your videos but I have never joined in live videos. I really had a good time. I have been watching your live videos many times as part of improving my English skills. I feel like those videos have similar key points on each video even though the approach and angle toward the key point are different. So, I have been learning a lot from those videos since you explain what you want to tell with slightly different expressions. Thank you.
Yes, this is called naturally varied review, and it builds your fluency automatically (as well as teaching you new vocabulary and grammar). We hope to welcome you in Fluent For Life, which gives you the full system. :)
So, the key points here to understand the language well are first, for the situation-related aspect, we need to focus on a situation and try to get lots of naturally varied reviews on that particular situation. Second, for the vocabulary aspect, we need to focus on a particular word which can have various definitions and try to get lots of using examples for each of the definitions that the word has in various contexts of situations ( or for me just focus on one definition that I really want to understand ). Am I right? I'm from Thailand by the way.
Yes, you've got it. :) The purpose of all this is to destroy the doubts that stop you from speaking. The better you know the language, the better you will speak it!
Hello Mr: Drew! 1:42 am here in San Antonio Texas, trying to improve my listening and be more fluenty little by little, What do you mean when you mention the aha moment? If is when the student understand increasingly well I think 💬🤔 I'm a little better. Cause my listening is very poor. Ok see you tomorrow I must sleep a little bit.🙏 I promise finish the video later ok.
@@EnglishAnyone Thank you. I see and understand that words steak and stake have the same pronunciation: [steik]. But sometimes I heard another pronunciation in this video: [stik]. Is [stik] correct pronunciation for stake or steak? Or you said sometimes another word: stick with pronunciation [stik] ?
@@konstantinchvilyov9602 Hey, Kostya 👋 Stake [steik] and stick [stik] are different words, but you can describe the stake through the stick, because wooden camping stake, for example, is a wooden stick, which is sharpened at one of the ends. Does it make sense?

I don't understand why you wrote the word stake but pronounced it as [stik] sometimes. Does that mean the world stake can have [stik] pronunciation?
