Have you tried frying off what you want to go into your omelette in one pan. Or remove it from the pan. Then put in youregg mixture adding the veg to it instead of adding the eggs to the veg. You will probably be able to fold and removeit easier. Just a thought. You give me so many good ideas. Love your channel.

Also there is an aspect of how much nutrients can you get from eating just 1000 kcal a day. For sure it is not enough to support body function and basic hormone regulation. So I am not wrong. Hope people will not take example from that number.

1300 kcal sounds like too little. Adult person's BMR is usually around 1300 to 1600 kcal and you should never eat below that.
