I love Fage yoghurt. I get one from Lidl which is very similar too. I like to add granola or I like apricot wheats from Lidl ❤yoghurt is great to add to tuna, I sometimes add a little bit of light salad cream to the yoghurt. I’m Exactly the same with avocados 🥑 they have healthy fats and I don’t see it as a bad food either. I do use olive oil too in moderation. The fish tacos meal looks delicious. I’d be greedy though and have wedges lol 😂 xxx
Yes definitely, one of my fav sandwich fillings or with jackets is tuna with yoghurt and a squirt of mustard :) They were really good and a nice alternative to chicken x
I watched another video you made a year ago before I watched this one. I can clearly tell your face got some shape on your chin around your mouth . Not sure if I described clearly 😅
From when I've started I've probably lost about 1.5 stone but I definitely fluctuate a lot depending on how good I am at staying on plan and if I go on holiday or around Christmas etc I always tend to put on quite a bit of weight. I am nearly at my target weight now, but I'm a lot more about how I feel, how clothes fit etc rather than just the number of the scales :)

Aldi do their own version of the Muller chocolate fix and they're absolute delicious 🤤 the choc & caramel one is my fave, you get 4 for £1.29
