The last trimester of my most recent pregnancy I had to eat SO much food that I burned out on cooking and just made the same things over and over again. By far the BEST PREP you’ve done. That salad looks so yummy. I can’t have any of the ingredients right now because of my gut health BUT once my gut heals, I’m making it. 😅Kevin’s chicken is pretty clean and so easy to prep. It’s also seasoned wonderful. Just open and warm in a pan and pair it with pasta or rice and a seasoned steak veggie. Yum!
I literally just bought ground turkey. I was going to make taco meat and add black beans. You reminded I have sweet potatoes I need to cook which will pair perfectly

@@VanessaAscunce Might want to look it up. There's some nuance to it, but scientifically they do neutralize each other and you won't get their full effects if they're combined. Using them sequentially is more effective if you need both.

I love that you don't weigh everything on a scale and that you're not relying on tracking calories I feel like that is so disturbing and such an eating disorder way to live. When I see fitness people eating like that it's always so unhealthy and their food is not nutrient rich at all. Not enough greens .... it's just weird they call themselves fitness people and they don't eat salads or vegetables. Just lots of breads and snacks and desserts.

I’m sorry to hear you’re distracted and while genuinely appreciate the way you mentioned this, I wear activewear because it’s when I wear regularly at home and is a big part of my healthy lifestyle. I personally am a 42 year old modest Christian woman who is married and straight and I have a seven year old son, who also watches youtube videos. I've gained some wisdom in my years and I've learned a lot about myself with the help of Jesus Christ. I know not everyone is going to think the way I do. I sometimes have suggestions and request but respect everyone decisions and right to choose. I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask. This is my condensed story. I had a horrible childhood upbringing. I'm a survivor of child abuse in various forms and neglect. I ended up finding my self-worth from guys finding me attractive and sexy. I would push my boobs up and wear revealing clothing because I thought I needed to get attention from guys to feel loved. I craved attention because I didn't get it at home. Fast forward,.....I met my husband in the Navy. After my husband of 17 plus years got cancer and we both gave our lives to Jesus Christ and also my going though counciling, I've changed in many ways. Now I try and spread the good news of the gosphel to anyone who wants to hear it and I try and not push my beliefs on anyone. I offer my advice and share my testimony. Now I'm learning my self-worth comes from Jesus Christ. He cares about how I am in the inside,....... how is my heart. I absolutely love people.
