I've heard sourdough is also a lot easier to digest than some other types of breads. I have to try to make some once it gets cooler here. Your baked eggs look amazing! Will have to try it. :) And the salad, too! Housing market is so bad here, too. I've been looking about a year in NY. I wish you the best! I hope it is much better in London -- probably more to choose from. :) Completely agree about a good super market. Big fan of Whole Foods and other shops that carry a lot of organic produce and such. Definitely gets you excited about nourishing your body! Heading to London next week and will think of you! Summer is here. But for me it is to hot. I am recovering from my cold but I have so much trouble with the hot temperatures. I still can do nothinh then read or watch movies or shows. I try to be happy about that but sometimes that doesn't work. But so glad that it is sunday. And yes you have always the pink pj's in your vlogs. And I wish also that you could vlog every day.
