I’ve plateaued and need to reevaluate, so my aim is more exercise and going back to writing it all down, therefore I’ve ordered the Pro book to help me. The biryani from leftovers is a great idea. If you like to go meat free sometimes, the Tinned Tomatoes recipe blog has some lovely dishes. They often start with a saute but I use water instead of oil for that stage if it's just onions and garlic, or you could use fry light.
I really look forward to your slimming world recipes they give me inspiration to get motivated to a healthy way of eating so thank you for sharing them with us.
