- Welcome to January's what I eat in a day video. Today I'll be sharing what I eat in a typical day during the week.

Ingredients for Meals
Breakfast - Breakfast Bake
2 Bacon medallions sliced
3 mushrooms sliced
3 cherry tomatos
Half a tin of baked beans
Handful of spinach
1 Egg
Lunch - Soup and wholemeal thin
2 carrots sliced
500ml veg stock with 1 stock cube
3 picked onions
2 tins of chopped tomatoes
1 tin of baked beans
salt and pepper
1 Wholemeal sandwich thin
2 sliced of low fat cheddar
2 sliced of wafer thin ham
Dinner -Burger in a bowl with chips
5-6 potato's cut into chip shapes
fry light spray
salt and pepper
pack of lean mince
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
2 tomatos chopped
half an iceberg lettuce
Gherkins
1 tbsp American yellow mustard
3 tbsp light mayonnaise
1 tbsp sweeter
1/4 tsp garlic granules
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp tomato puree
1 Tbsp fat free yoghurt
