Yes please! I suffer from cervical facet syndrome and chronic muscle spasms. I will do these daily as I am not taking narcotic pain medication on purpose!. These stretches feel amazing for me. Thank you sooooo much!

Age and movement patterns can indeed make a difference in how we feel and how our body responds! That said, it's never too late to work on something like neck mobility to improve our range of motion and guard against pain 😉

Hi Joelle. I have Fibromyalgia but also have cervical disc disease both cause stiff and painful neck, is it ok to do these with disc issues?
Hi Theresa, these are pretty gentle, but as I say in the video, never go to the point of pain - go for just slight discomfort instead
