    Just found your channel. I enjoy your calm voice and great descriptions of the yoga moves. I told my husband he needs to do yoga for his stiffness and to promote needed flexibility. He started yesterday, he said it was tough to do , but I said yoga is a practice and you will improve . with time! I’m glad he is trying . I’m doing yoga for my sciatic , it has help with the pain , thank you.

    I was having back pain and had been sticking to your videos I knew I liked but this one really did the trick today. My back feels a lot better. A lot of fun too! I enjoyed the new moves.

    I love your videos they're getting me through the week. I wonder if you could do a 15min Thoracic & Lumbar video please. My Physio recommended yoga but I'm struggling to find these targeted regions 😅

I'll think about other classes too, hope that helps!
