He started yesterday, he said it was tough to do , but I said yoga is a practice and you will improve . with time! I’m glad he is trying . I love your videos they're getting me through the week. I wonder if you could do a 15min Thoracic & Lumbar video please. My Physio recommended yoga but I'm struggling to find these targeted regions 😅

I was having back pain and had been sticking to your videos I knew I liked but this one really did the trick today. My back feels a lot better. A lot of fun too! I enjoyed the new moves.
The exercise around 4 mins with turning the wrist towards the body and the other hand behind the back, I can't lift the other hand off the floor at all.
That's a good observation about yourself, if you feel like it's your wrist that's limiting you, this could be a good 5-minute practice to try regularly: th-cam.com/video/dhf9phN4rrs/w-d-xo.html
@@YogawithJoelle Will try it out. I don't have the strength in the wrist twisted that way to hold myself up. However I can hold a plank on my hands for a minute. I do have inflammatory arthritis in my hands, I also struggle on finger tips.
