Hi, this was very relaxing, hip joints feel like cotton balls.

When I bent my right knee, my right ASIS went up toward the ceiling instead of down toward the floor! I was able to compare what different muscles were doing left vs right, and got my right ASIS to do down some of the time, but then it would revert back to going up. I've been perplexed why walking has been so hard on my lower back/hips, so I'm delighted that this lesson helped me find the glitch. Now I know what to do about it, will play with this lesson more. Even though I didn't get the functional habit strong yet, I was astonished that my right hip felt amazing when I stood up and walked around a little. What delicious experience!

@@ImprovingAbility I also found myself doing this movement when I woke up this morning. Getting out of bed felt so much better than usual. 🙂

Such a big result for such subtle movements. Definitely broader and smoother circling of hips when standing, thank you Alfons

I will be trying this again, very good. My hips have become very painful, stiff over the winter. I had no idea the hips move in circular way as we bend knees (walk I assume).

    Hello Alfons,
    Behalve I like the video's you’re making,
I would very much like to support your work by becoming a Patreon. But after trying for 2 evenings to find my way in the patreonlink , I give up. I wanted to work with my creditcard but that does not seem to work. Sigh....
Is there another way or have you got tips to make it work ?
    Thank you !
